Amazing pain free biopsy
This was my second biopsy. The first one was extremely uncomfortable and painful. I was very nervous and apprehensive about have a second experience like the first but it was the complete opposite. Quick, painless and in a very relaxing environment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Quick and painless relief
I was referred to Dr. Bevan-Thomas by another Urologist due to his expertise. He quickly diagnosed my condition as having a bladder stone as well as an enlarged median lobe on my prostate. He recommended the Greenlight Laser procedure. After discussing with my wife we decided to go with the recommendation. The procedure was painless and very effective. My body has responded more positively than I could have ever imagined. I had no pain and very little after affects which I was advised would occur. So far, so good! I highly recommend Dr. Bevan-Thomas and the Greenlight Laser treatment!

Dr. B-T is extremely smart and experienced on all latest treatments.
After 5 years of Flow-max and meds my symptoms had increased and needed a solution. Sitting thru a movie, doing a roadtrip or a vacation boat ride had become almost prohibitive for me. Dr. Bevan-Thomas and I discussed all the latest solutions and based on the size of my prostrate mutually agreed a Simple Robotic Prostatectomy was the best overall solution for me.
The procedure was a complete success. No pain, immediate relief and back to my daily routines in little over 1 week.
I encourage my buddies not to wait, but get checked out early; as their are now so many new solutions available to men.
I highly recommend Dr. Bevin-Thomas and can't thank him enough for my quality of life he restored!

Fantastic
I saw Dr. Bevan-Thomas for my urinary issues. I was waking up many times at night with a slow stream and urgency and frequency. We discussed all of my options and I was the best candidate for a newer procedure - the iTIND procedure for BPH. He was able to stretch open my urine channel and now I'm peeing like I'm in 20's again. If you have issues with your prostate- go and se Dr. Bevan-Thomas- he's the man to get you back on track.

Outstanding cure of enlarged prostate.
After years of issues with poor urination and unsuccessful treatment by other urology practices a friend suggested Urology Parners. My PSA was as high as 24. Dr Bevan-Thomas did a robotic procedure taking out approx 1/3 of my prostate. Eight months later my PSA is0.25. I now sleep all night, have strong stream and no urgency. Dr BT told me yesterday I no longer need to see him. I cannot express in words how much I appreciate Dr BT and the entire staff at Urology Partners.

It was a life changing
First off I didn’t really understand what prostate was but after me and the doctor talk he really change my mind because going to a catheter till knowing I could have problems with my kidneys too this green laser surgery have been good even though I trust in god and the ones that made this happen the staff was good and by it’s been my first time he’s is the one with gud advice I’m doing awesome and as the days goes by I can say thank y’all and what and all y’all professionally go there it will change your life

When I was first diagnosed with prostate cancer I committed myself to researching all my options. I decided on surgery and started looking for what I thought was my best option at beating this. UPNT kept coming up at the top of my list and Dr Bevin-Thomas was my choice for surgery. It has now been 2+years and I'm confident I made the right choices.

I had a Urolift three weeks ago. Prior to Urolift I was getting up at night six to ten times. After Urolift I only get up twice at night. If I take a sleeping pill I sleep all night. I highly recommend the Urolift procedure. Dr. Bevin-Thomas is awesome.

After learning that a close family member was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer, I made an appointment at UPNT to see Dr. Bevan-Thomas to get checked. To my dismay after going through the necessary testing procedures, my diagnosis came back as stage 2. Dr. BT took the time to clearly go over the diagnosis and treatment options. My first instinct was active surveillance but he made it understandable that was not an alternative in my case. So, I decided to have a prostatectomy instead of radiation.
Dr. BT gets it. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like.
Now in my second year after the surgery, I am living a normal life prostate cancer free. My gratitude to Dr. BT and his staff for the favorably outcome.
I would highly recommend Dr. Bevan-Thomas and UPNT to others.

I’m peeing with the big boys now
I can’t remember when ever I have peed as good as I am now. If you have an extra enlarged prostate you need to visit with DR. Bevan-Thomas. He fixed this goat rancher and he can you also.

Excellent and very knowledgeable
My story begins with a simple PSA test from my primary physician during an annual exam. My lab results indicated an above average PSA of around 10. My physician recommended follow-up with a Urologist. I was skeptical since I had no symptoms . I am so glad I took his advice because it turns out I had prostate cancer. I’m fairly young (50’s) with two amazing kids in college. I want to see them grow and raise families so I choose to fight this disease as aggressively as possible. After research, discussion with family and a lot of prayers I choose robotic surgery. I can honestly say that after a couple years I am close to normal and have the peace of mind that I am cancer free. Please get annual physicals including a PSA test.

Awesome
Prostate biopsy that I had been dreading due to stories that I have been told that the procedure was very painful. Dr Bevan-Thomas is great, made me feel comfortable and explained what he was doing during each step of the procedures. I experienced no pain and have had dentist visits that were more uncomfortable.

I had urinary problems from a very large prostate.
My urinary problems started when I was 50 years old. Medications helped for a while. Finally I was on vacation, when I reached a point I could not urinate, very painful. Surgery was the next and best step to cure my urinary pain. The robotic prostate surgery solved the problem. I now piss like a Race Horse and all the prostate problems are gone. Don’t wait like I did, get relief now and improve your day to day living.

I came to Dr. Bevan Thomas after urination had become a challenge. Around June of 2021 I had green light laser TURP. The surgery went well and the doctors and nurses were excellent. The few days following the surgery were not nearly as challenging as I’d built up in my mind. The catheter removal, which lasted less than 10 seconds, was simple and virtually painless. It was removed 3 days post-surgery. There were some changes that had to be endured over the next 6 months. They were easy to tolerate and with each one the process of improved urination was noticed. By the 4th month I was able to urinate like I was 30 years old again and was pleasantly surprised how well the surgery had worked. I think anyone contemplating this surgery should strongly consider the green light laser and Dr. Bevan Thomas. I would recommend them both.

Outstanding results
Having a larger prostate, Dr. Bevin-Thomas told me that the best way to achieve results I was looking for was with a Robotic Simple Prostatectomy. Once I rationalized that returning to a “normal” life FAR outweighed the hassle of a RSP and wearing a catheter for a week, I scheduled the surgery. Once the surgery was in my rear view mirror, I could not be happier with the results and can’t believe I waited this long to do it. Thanks to Dr. B-T for the outstanding results.

His expertise and diligent care has helped me get through this battle with bladder cancer.
I went in thinking I had a bladder stone but, after an examination I was told I had bladder cancer. Once I was diagnosed with bladder cancer I had a million questions. Dr. Bevin-Thomas was very straight with me on the treatment options and possibilities. His staff helped me through each phase of the treatments and explained my options and what to expect during and after each treatment.
When I first found out, I read a lot on the internet about what to expect. I took all of these questions with me and they were happy to answer them. He chose BCG treatments for my care. He and his staff explained all the possible side effects and outcomes by using this course of treatment. Along with precautions and personal care I would need to take. Their willingness to explain everything to me has helped me to get through this. I’m very grateful for their experience and care during this difficult time for my family.

Great doctor great outcome
Explained all options to me very clear and concise which helped with my anxiety and fear. Surgery was preformed without any problems. The key to recovery was following the doctors instructions to the letter. I have no problems with incontinence or erectile dysfunction to this day. I can not thank Dr. Bevin-Thomas enough for guiding me through surgery and after care. He is a game changer!!!!!

He is passionate about what he does and he works really hard.
What I really appreciate is the drs honesty and clear explanations. My husband had not had a PSA test until this year when we changed our pcp....it was high and Dr. Bevan-Thomas was concerned prior to surgery but after 3 mon blood test he was really happy. So far everything has come out a success...we feel blessed to have found such a skilled surgeon and feel confident if we hit a bump he'll be there.

My prostate surgery was performed and managed superbly.
I have been Doc BT's patient for about six years. He and his staff have always been personable and professional. This was re-enforced by my very positive experience with prostate reduction surgery performed by "BT". There was minimal pain and what there was, was well managed with drugs. The only noticeable pain for the first 4-5 days was from trying to stand up from sitting or laying. I regret not renting or buying a "lift" recliner for those days. This issue may be bad fitness and/or age-related (74). The overall TURP outcome was great. With my restored urine stream I can again put out campfires and make drawings in the snow. My wife, the retired surgical nurse, is also a "BT" fan.

I was getting up 4 to 5 times a night to pee and three weeks after Urolift procedure I am only getting up once at night.
Dr. Bevin Thomas recommended a great procedure for me. He seemed very skilled in knowing what procedure was needed and performed the procedure without any complications. I no longer have the urgency, repeat trips to bathroom, sleepless nights from getting up four or five times, and I do have a stronger Urine flow. I’m very happy with the results.

Excellent results post surgery
I had the simple robotic prostatectomy and it eliminated my issues including the sudden urge the frequent urination and not being able to empty my bladder. The recovery took a couple of weeks which was longer than I expected but after those two weeks it has been great.

After having seen 2 other doctors Dr Bevin-Thomas has resolved my problems. I was urinating every 30 to 45 minutes during night time and getting no sleep. Dr Bevin-Thomas has been a life saver.

Good decision!
Gentlemen are you tired waking up to frequent bathroom trips, long slow urinating? I was and finally did something about it. The Greenlight surgery preformed by Dr. Bevin Thomas was the best decision I could have made. I was in and out of the hospital in one day. Recovery time was about a week and I was back to my usual routine and life is so much better. For a little while I would smile when I pee! It's worth it!!

Prostate cancer, decided on Robotic Radical Prostatectomy.
Was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Because of the borderline
gleason score and severely enlarged prostate restricting urine flow, robot assisted radical prostatectomy was the best treatment for me. My big fear was urine leakage after the surgery. Dr Bevin-Thomas was great! He explained the surgery and the prospects for a full recovery. The surgery went well and other than soreness across my stomach I never had to take a pain pill. After getting the pubic tube removed, urine leakage has been minimal and very manageable. Dr Bevin-Thomas has given me exercises to do and I expect to have full control of my bladder soon. As far as major surgery goes, this was a great experience.

Excellent results w/ urolift procedure
Dr. Bevin-Thomas talks really fast, but that lets him pack in a lot of info quickly. Still he takes the time to fully explain things and makes sure you understand. I used to get up 2 or 3 times every night to go pee. Had an IPSS Score of 19, Dr. B recommend the Urilift system. A bit painful for thé installation but so glad I decided to do it. My score went to 12 in three weeks, and after 3 months it’s at a 2. Almost never have to get up in the middle of the night anymore. It’s all functioning like it should again. I can sit through an entire 3 hour movie, with trailers - no problem.

Accurate diagnosis and resolution of my problem.
After the initial exam, Dr. Bevan-Thomas clearly explained several methods of treatment and recommended the Urolift procedure. Based his professional opinion and after doing some of my own research, I chose to have the procedure. Best decision I ever made! The procedure was painful, but fairly quick. The recovery was as explained and the relief was almost immediate. Follow the instructions and don't over do it, for a week or more. I was almost pain free after seven days I am awaking once a night to go to the bathroom and some nights not at all!! Knowing what I know today, I'd recommend it anyone experiencing the symptoms of BPH. Thank you Dr. B-T

Totally professional and caring.
I suffered from multiple bathroom visits at night, unable to completely empty my bladder, frequent bathroom stops while traveling, stop and start when urinating, run on and more. Medications worked at first but only for a short time. I recently had the Rezum procedure and have been very pleased with the results!! Am only getting up once or twice at night now compared to four or five times before, road trips are much simpler and I walk away from the urinal with no run on or feeling like I still need to pee. I highly recommend this procedure especially if you have a active lifestyle!!

robotic partial prostatectomy
had an enlarged prostate with a partial blockage and had difficulty starting and maintaining a urine stream and emptying my bladder. resulting in frequent urination. Often took several minutes to urinate. Afluzosin helped but was not a solution.
After surgery I am delighted that I now urinate normally. I experienced very little pain - just some discomfort. Only negative is the week of wearing a catheter and physical restrictions associated with surgery.

Excellent: mission accomplished.
I came in to ask about a prostate procedure that I had seen in an ad. After consultation and examination, Dr. B-T recommended a different procedure that he felt would be much more appropriate for my particular situation. We went with that procedure. He told me in advance that full recovery would take as long as three months. He was right! Along the way, whenever my anxiety levels went up because I didn’t think I was making any progress, he was good to reassure me and remind me that this would be a distance run, not a sprint. That’s exactly how it worked out and, for me, a little extra time was a great trade-off for avoiding a more invasive procedure.

His diagnosis and solutions were perfect
I am 75 and Dr. Bevan-Thomas has been treating me for an extremely enlarged prostate. He has done testing and treatments and every step of the way he has been informative and answered every question. He had started telling me about the robotic surgery procedure that he could do but did not push it on me, only informed me. At my age I was reluctant to think about surgery because I only remembered surgeries the old fashion way to include cutting, pain, long recovery and hospital stays. Things got worse and then a midnight run to the ER to have a catheter put in woke me up and I went to my trusted source, Dr Bevan-Thomas and said let’s fix it. The robotic surgery that he does is a piece of cake. No being cut open, no discomfort like surgery in the “old days” and within a week in regards to life that had me going to the bathroom often, up at night along with pain and urinating difficulties WAS GONE! I mean gone, I sleep at night, when I go I empty my bladder with no discomfort.

Very pleasant.
My husband was referred to Dr Bevan-Thomas approximately 5 yrs ago. His previous Dr was insisting on surgery. Once Dr Bevan-Thomas took his case he has been treated with a watch and see approach and 5 years later still no surgery or side effects. Very nice to deal with a doctor who isn't quick with surgery if it isn't absolutely necessary.

Dr. Bevan-Thomas was a guiding light to me through my entire prostate problem. I did my research, but Dr. Bevan-Thomas took control of my situation and through his robotic surgery removed a major portion of my (270 gram size organ) so that now I can live without the difficulty I had tolerated for many years.
In hindsight, (like I told Dr. Bevan-Thomas;) I should have sought his help much sooner than I did.
I would advise anyone dealing with prostate problems to seek help sooner rather than later. The reward of doing so will be an easier procedure for the patient.
God speed to Dr. Bevan-Thomas and all his assistants.

Very happy with my results
Dr. Thomas told me I had an oversized prostate and suggested the Robotic assisted simple lap prostatectomy surgery. I was hesitant at first but didn't want to continue having problems emptying by bladder. After the surgery I felt like a new man. My flow was normal and I have no problems emptying my bladder. Go see Dr. Thomas and get your life back.
