Knee Stem cell/PRP for osteoarthritis- amazing!re
Dr. Papas did my knee osteoarthritis Stem Cell/ PRP treatment 6 weeks ago and I am 100% better. I actually noted improvement after the first week. I was signed up for a knee replacement in January but decided to try Regenexx first. I am back to my normal athletic schedule with biking, tennis and golf pain free. This is a first rate professional team and I wish I had done this 10 years ago. I am a physician myself and was admittedly skeptical but this really works! I am happily educating my orthopedic colleagues about the reality of avoiding surgery with this technology.

Pain Free!! Is was what I was hoping for!!
Dr Papas was awesome explained everything in detail and what to expect. Results were amazing. I would recommend PRP to anyone with extreme pain. My quality of life and movement is not longer limited. Extremely positive with excellent outcome
Every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Papas does a through explanation of what the problem is and then explains exactly what to expect with treatment and what to expect with the outcome. Follow up appointments are always pleasant and educational.

Dr. Papas has provided me something that no other doctor has been able to give to me, pain free life to get back to living my best life.
Dr. Papas spent quality time with me to understand exactly what my issues were and to set clear expectations of going into the procedure. I've lived with consistent pain for almost 20 years and after 2 rounds of procedures (which were clearly explained that it may take more than 1 with my diagnosis) I've been living 100% pain free for over a year. I cannot thank Dr. Papas and his staff for getting me back on my feet and allowing me the opportunity to get back to living my life to the fullest.

Stem cell and PRP treatment of foot - terrific results 8 weeks post
Everyone involved were extremely professional and attentive understanding the issues I was having with significant pain, inability to walk and surgery as the only option. The Stem cell and PRP procedures have absolutely allowed me to regain my life style, avoid surgery and given a strong path to total elimination of foot joint pain. Would highly recommend this as an option if you have been told by others that surgery is the thing to do.

A real doctor who know his stuff!
I am so blessed to found Regenexx. Dr. Papas is so knowledgeable and even more he has the ability to explain everything to you clearly so you can understand what, when where and why. I also went to three other doctors before who clearly talk out of their a s s and it’s obvious because they could not explain in detail. He knows his stuff and I trust him completely. He is a regenerative medicine doctor- not an orthopedic pretending to deliver stem cells. 100% recommend him. I’m excited for the future.

Entire team team was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. And gave candid answers to questions without any fluff. Not inexpensive. I just completed me therapy last week. But if it works, I’ll be a happy camper. Regardless of outcome. I did my homework beforehand and none of the others I talked with matched the competency of this group.

He was absolutely outstanding !!
I have spent 2.5 years trying to get relief from right knee pain, had surgery, other stem cells, prp, acupuncture, PT- seen several other surgeons and Drs - no one really spent the time figuring out what the root cause was. I had edema in the bone - which turns out is very painful and debilitating . Dr Papas spent an hour with me actually really listening to me and reviewing MRI and ultrasound and found the edema right away. He had a plan which in his experience has proven results! The procedure itself was not as bad as I feared and he was amazing ! He’s extremely kind and precise. I’m so very grateful to him . He was amazing !

I had a meniscus tear and was scheduled for surgery but discovered Dd r. Papas and I am akready 80% improved after 6 weeks.
I learned about Dr. Papas from a friend who had successful stem cell therapy 1 year ago for her torn meniscus. I only needed platlet therapy and I have improved dramatically in just 6 weeks. I am thrilled to have avoided surgery along with a probable knee replacement further down the line. I am walking well, attending physical therapy appointments and I expect that I will continue to improve in the coming months as I continue therapy,

Excellent! Best treatment for my ankles I could have asked for
Both of my ankles were a mess from previous sprains and fractures. Here I was in my mid 30s thinking I was going to have issues with swelling and pain the rest of my life. Did NOT want surgeries. Dr. Papas spent more time with me than any other provider had in the past. He provided a clear description of my problem and and clear plan for the blood platelet treatment. The treatment worked exactly as expected. I followed the post-procedure instructions and physical therapy plan. My symptoms are gone and I have more stability in my ankles. It's like they were never injured. I would recommend to anyone Dr. Papas and Regenexx to anyone with joint issues.

Unbelievable results!!!!
I had terrible pain in my left elbow for the last two years due to a fracture. I saw many Orthopedic specialists and had surgery, injections, and physical therapy, all with negative results. My pain was excruciating, causing me to lose the use of my arm and spend many sleepless nights.
After treatment with Dr.Papas my pain is 100% gone and I am sleeping fantastic, walk 5-7 miles a day, losing weight and feeling energetic. This has changed my life!!

Very satisfied with Dr. Papas approach, short & long term
I had been having increasing R/L knee pain, in addition to my right knee "locking up." I brought my dvd's with me; Dr. Papas also did his own ultrasound, which I very much appreciated. He explained everything as he did the ultrasound. Diagnosed the issues. Recommended Visco supplementation (Hymovis) in addition to PRP shots. Good outcome. Very pleased. I've had PRP shots in my spine in the past and I'm a fan!

Having the procedure done was the best decision ever!
Came in with a torn labrum in my left shoulder, the pain was ridiculous. After deciding to try this before a normal surgery (i cant be put under without major health risks) I came in for my second appt. Followed EVERY instruction I was given to the letter from taking the supplements to eating the special diet I was put on.I had my procedure done 10/22/2020. Today was my 90day follow up. I'm in zero pain and the tear in my shoulder is healed. Only thing to show it was even damaged is a small scar on the labrum. It would've been foolish of me not to explore this option to avoid have a surgery that wouldn't have helped me as much. I've now been cleared to start playing billiards again, as well as auto racing.
You owe it to yourself to explore this option BEFORE having any surgery, you won't be sorry!!!
I can't thank Dr.Papas and his fantastic staff enough for helping me through this process.

Amazing experience treating my shoulder pain
I am a 93-yo man who injured his shoulder doing yard work. I was in pain but because of Covid I put off going to see anyone. Eventually I made an appt with an ortho. We tried Cortisone and PT, which were not much help.
I made an appt with Regenexx Tampa Bay. It was the best move I could have made. The receptionist, Karen and nurse, Ana, were both extremely nice. Dr. Papas is a nice young man who gave me a thorough exam that lasted over an hour, including x ray, ultrasound and diagnosis of a partially torn rotator cuff. I felt so reassured after consulting with him, with no rush he answered all of our questions. His recommendation was PRP (they draw blood, prep it in their lab, and reinject your shoulder. I had about 4 days of post procedure pain. During my course I was in contact with a very nice lady, Kim, my coordinator. Words cant describe how helpful she was. I am on the mend and getting back to normalcy. If you are contemplating surgery, talk to Regenexx first.

Pain Free at Elbow for first time in 1.5 years
Had an issue at the elbow where there had already been surgical intervention for a distal bicep tear. Dr.Papas did a proper diagnosis of the issue. He knew the name of every muscle in the arm by memory. I had been to multiple Orthopedic doctors & was not able to receive a proper diagnosis throughout even with MRIs & Xrays. I got PRP for what is known as Tennis Elbow. I was pain free two weeks post procedure, & would highly recommend Dr. Papas to anyone looking for non-surgical options or for a second opinion. Dr. Papas is one of the smartest doctors I have worked with, & you can tell he is in this field for the right reasons. From the beginning of the process until the completion, every procedure was explained in layman's terms.
Upon arrival to the office, I was greeted with warmth and kindness which was so assuring as I was a bit on the cautious side! All procedures were explained and my questions were answered in terms that I could understand. When procedures were light and non-painful, that was explained. When procedures were going to require pain medication, they were explained as well. There were no surprises,

Wonderful non-surgical solution with positive results!
Dr. Papas was able to accurately diagnosis my issues and provide non-surgical recommendations with wonderful results. Treated arthritis in my hands/wrist and knees as well injury to my rotator cuff. Positive results - 75% to 85% recovery after 6 weeks and regular physical therapy.

Amazing transformation!
I was in a car accident that left me broken in more ways than one. I didn't understand what to do as far as my post recovery was concerned, so I took the advice of my Attorney, who was just trying to help, and I ended up going through Chiropractic treatments that didn't help. All of my treatments ended and I was no better than before, so I started doing research about what would help a herniated disc instead of going through surgery to replace the disc. I went to a Doctor I follow named Dr. Axe and he suggested Regenxx was the best option for my injury. After receiving injections in my cervical area and following up with Physical Therapy, I am completely better!! Dr. Papas is amazing and took the time to show he really cares. He went over and beyond. Everyone at Regenxx is kind, caring, and extremely helpful!

Expectations beyond exceeded. Very thorough. Personable and trusting.
Dr. Papas was able pin point and eliminate the source of my Lowback pain. As well as my knee pain post MVA.
He also treated my hips and shoulder !
Not all parts were treated at once. But after having major success with PRP into my lowback. I just knew this was the right place to be and the right thing to do.

Procedure for hip pain
Dr. Papas evaluated my hip and recommended PRP injections for it. For the first time in several years I have been able to sleep on my right hip without radiating pain.
