Personalized and targeted treatment
Appreciated how he made me feel that his approach to my issues were tailored to my specific needs (not cookie-cutter). Also appreciated that he did not push procedural treatments and instead relied on objective and data-driven approach based on physical exams and progress with PT and meds. I have recommended him to my friends and family!

Understanding and Effective
I was in a terrible place when I started with Dr. Reutter - but he helped me turn it all around! He provided excellent care, excellent referrals, and took time to answer all of my many questions. He also was super understanding when I was a little rX averse :) 6 months later and I am feeling so much better! I appreciate not waking up a million times a night to go to the bathroom :) Finally- some sleep!

Truly a Life Saving Experience
Before seeing Dr. Reutter I was at the end of my rope and feeling quite hopeless. After my first appointment with him, I was already feeling more at ease- I had seen so many doctors who didn't understand what I was going through. Dr. Reutter was patient and understanding and most of all aware of what was happening with me. He instilled confidence in me that I could be healed. Writing this near the end of my treatment, I can truly say that he is a lifesaver!

My life has improved!!!
Dr. Reutter diagnosed me with pelvic floor hypertonia, which explained all of the symptoms that I was having. I started with PT and had some improvement, but Dr. R. found that there was still hypertonia, and recommended the injections. Zero pressure, just a recommendation. I went through with them, and my symptoms have gone from consistent and insufferable to rare on mild. Dr. Reutter's guidance and treatment have improved my life overall. With my physical symptoms improved significantly, I've noticed a great improvement in my mental health as well! I'm grateful that I had the courage to walk into an office that most dudes probably wouldn't... and I sincerely thank Dr. Reutter and his staff!!!

before I see Dr Reutter, I had the feeling that I would never get back to normal but after about 3 months form visiting him I can say confidently my it is treatable as my case has been hugely improved and 80% of symptoms have totally gone.
the method of treatment, injections, madecine and straitches he prescribed and recommended have been so helpful in bringing me back to normal.

Empathetic, kind, and thoughtful.
Dr. Reutter is an extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful physician. He listens patiently and closely to all of your concerns and addresses each one. Dr. Reutter is also extremely friendly and empathetic. Many doctors simply treat pain and do not address the human side of medicine. Dr. Reutter is not like this at all. He is willing to sit with his patients and acknowledge their pain, not simply as symptoms of a particular illness, but rather as human beings who he can relate to. Dr. Reutter's attitude and philosophy of treating patients is the model of what all physicians should be. In addition, I would like to mention the quality of care that Dr. Reutter provides. Dr. Reutter is extremely accurate in his diagnosis and plan of treatment for patients. He is a seasoned physician who is highly trustworthy in his assessments and treatment plans.

Amazing bedside manner, thoughtful and thorough to help me through actually resolving my issues and helping me improve my daily function.
Had pelvic pain worsening for months, and Dr. Reutter was able to correctly diagnose what was going on and developed a complete plan with alternatives if needed to help me regain my function and eliminate my pain. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain exactly what was going on which in turn help me be more compliant and in tune to the treatments.

Better than the multiple academic urology practices I had visited previously
I have had severe, chronic urinary frequency for several years, and had seen urologists from Cleveland Clinic, Hackensack, and Columbia, without any significant symptom improvement or clear diagnosis. Dr. Reutter truly listened to me, gave me a clear diagnosis, and allowed me to maintain some sense of dignity as a patient. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Reutter and am grateful for the care that I received from Dr. Reutter and his assistant, Venessa.

A life saver
I have been having issues that had been misdiagnosed for a very long time. Dr. Reutter was attentive and listened to all my concerns, reviewed years of medical forms, and spent a long time examining and explaining to me my issues and the treatment needed. In my post follow up visit, I was doing much better, and I am able to go back to my normal routines.

I felt listened to and my condition was a priority to be treated.
I'm very pleased with my experience. It's the first time dealing with my condition that I felt listened. From day one I was given a diagnosis and several treatments to cure my hypertonia. After my treatment plan I have seen a huge improvement and now I'm confident to say that I can go on with my life without this worry.
