I am very-very pleased with my experience and would come back and would refer someone else to come here as well.
I was recommended to Doctor Crooks, saying he is one of the best out there. I trusted that recommendation and have not been disappointed in the least. From the staff to the Doctor himself and to his treatment, I have been professionally taken care of and
helped. Hopefully I will never be back. Hopefully! But if I need anything done on my spine, I will go no other place.

I would refer Dr Crooks as I feel he is an outstanding doctor.
I was involved in a traumatic incident at work which caused multiple injuries. Dr. Crooks and his team not only helped with my injury but also helping with the stress and issues of working with my worker's compensation.

Appreciate the whole team and their support of my rehabilitation.
After experiencing a horrific car accident and the parade of doctor's appointments and medical problems, Dr. Crooks was the first doctor who I felt truly understood my issues and charted a good treatment course that provided true relieft. I am so thankful to him and his entire team for their skilled, yet compassionate care.

Dr Crooks and Team are now like Family!!!!
I have been with Dr Crooks for more than 3 years (with Jessica for a year) and I can happily say that they treat me like family, not just a number. Always asking how I'm doing, how's my family, how's work, etc. This tells me how caring they are, and they are actually listening. I went to a few pain management doctors with no relief, and they had made me feel like my pain didn't matter, they just sat with me for less than 2 mins. Now after being with Dr Crooks and Jessica, my pain relief has minimized and I can now focus on what matters which is my family (of course!). Not only are the providers awesome, the staff are phenomenol!!! I know all by first names, and I always get a huge warm welcome everytime I come into the lobby and from all the Medical Assistants (sending love to Maria, Sergio, Gaby, and Sonya!) I'm so proud to say I'm a family member of Dr Crooks and staff :o)

Amazing! I'm learning more about pain management each day.
It has been great so far working with Dr. Crooks. Even with the Pain management experince I have, I still learn new things each day from him, Jessica and Emma. This is a great team and I'm grateful to be part of it.

Phenomenal! The staff made the experience that much better.
Dr. Crooks is a very intelligent provider. He was very caring and understanding and took his time with my evaluation. It was refreshing to have a provider that listened and made sure that I was able to understand my diagnosis and treatment options. One of the best doctors I have seen in all the years I have dealt with chronic pain.

Addressed my needs and improved my spine issue greatly!
Was referred to Dr. Crooks after having bulged a disc. After two extremely easy and non-invasive proceedures, my spine health is greatly improved and I have my normal life back. Thank you Dr. Crooks!

One of a kind dr and office
DR Crooks, and his Nurse practitioners Jessica B and Emma D are amzing they take the time to listin to what is going on with your pain, very knowledgeable, everyone at the office is every caring. from MA's to the Front Desk girls.

The Dream Team!!

Wonderful patient care!
I have seen all 3 physicians at this practice and they are the best. I have been to 4 other pain doctors and they all failed with my care. Dr. Crooks and Jessica Byrd, NP have always been there to take my calls and make sure I'm taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a pain doctor.
