Dr. Dean is a Pittsburgh girl, who grew up in Wexford. She graduated from Vincentian Academy in 2008, and attended Penn State for her undergraduate work. Dr. Dean then went on to attend Illinois College of Optometry, where she graduated with Honors. Dr. Dean travelled for her optometry school rotations, studying in Orlando, Florida, the Cleveland, Ohio VA, and Beaver, PA. She enjoys her family and friend time, horseback riding and barre classes, and attending as many Pittsburgh sporting events as possible. Let’s go Pens! It was at Penn State where she met Matthew, her husband. They married July 8, 2017 and live in the Wexford area with their Yellow Lab, Hugo.
