Always a great experience.
Before being a patient at this facility I always dreaded going to the doctor. It sounds too good to be true but this place is completely changed my mind over the past few years. I cannot say enough good things about my doctor and the staff and the facility. No long waits, friendly helpful staff and the place always looks like it was just cleaned. Even when they have to draw blood for labs, you don't even feel the needle. And I hate needles. Dr Rizcalla is the best doctor I have ever had. I pray he remains an excellent health and I never have to get another doctor. He is friendly, attentive and never seems to be in a hurry. And I can't say enough about their staff. They are so helpful and are great about following up as well as coordinating with other doctors for referrals and anything else that I've ever needed. If you find yourself reading this review and are trying to find a good doctor look no further than this facility.

Very Helpful and Informative
Dr. Rizkalla took time to explain my diagnosis and how we can treat it and possibly reverse it or get it under control so that it will not affect my day to day. He explained about how the medication he was prescribing would help protect me and went in detail about why it was important to take at night as well as what could happen to my body if I didn't take it. Also, he gave me other information on who I need to contact to get more education about diabetes. He never talks down to you at all and makes you feel like he is on your side in getting you to a healthy condition again.

Dr. Rizkalla always listens and I feel that I am part of any medical decisions regarding my medications, tests and treatments. I trust his judgement and his responses to my questions.

Always a good visit
I love Dr Razkalla. He listens when you talk. He ask questions to verify he understands what you telling him. The staff is great. Friendly and caring. The best part with this office is your in and out. None of this taking 2 hours for a visit.

Very pleased!
I am a new patient. Doc Rizkalla and his nurse were so pleasant and courteous. This was A consultation visit.
Also, the lady at the front desk was really helpful to me filling out forms.

It is hard to move to anew state and start over with new Drs. We had friends who were patients of Dr. Rizkalla and they highly recommended him.The front desk personnel was very nice and helpful. Wait time was short. Dr. Rizkalla was very kind and very detailed oriented. I believe he will be an excellent primary care doctor for me.

Dr. Rizkalla is insightful, genuine, and upfront. He listens to my concerns and addresses them. I have been going to him for years bc he offers the best care. He is excellent at his work, and focuses on patient experience. His The staff is helpful, prompt, and attentive.

Dr Rizkalla never has one foot hanging out the door during our appointment visits. He takes a genuine interest….that’s a rare commodity these days. I’ve never felt hurried…another rare commodity. Wonderful, professional, personable physician.
