    Dr. Lazaro received her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Following residency, she completed an ACGME accredited pain medicine fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Lazaro is double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She has extensive training in interventional pain medicine, musculoskeletal and sports medicine, and soon regenerative medicine. She offers various cutting-edge treatments such as non-surgical spine interventions, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, Botox therapy, and image guided joint injections.
