He treats his patients very well..
It's great here. I see Dr. Woo and Jessica. I love Dr. Woo. He treats his patients very well and he explains everything. He's a great doctor. Jessica is the exact same, wonderful. My daughter used to come here and told me all about it. I have no problems at all here, everything is great!

they are giving the best care I can get...
Dr. Woo is great and so is Karen. He is a keeper. They listen to me and they understand exactly what I'm trying to explain to them. They don't sit there and say "yeah yeah yeah" they let me say what I have to say and they listen. I've been here quite awhile, they are doing what they do and they are giving the best care I can get.

He gives you a couple different options...
It's good here, I don't think they do enough up to date testing like xrays/mri. Things change when you're injured so that's something they need to work on. Other than that everyone's friendly here, sometimes I feel rushed, but I know there are a lot of people here. It's much better than the other office I was at. I like Dr. Woo, he really listens and does not rush you. He gives you a couple different options instead of saying "we're going to stop you on this" or " no more therapy" and that makes you feel better when you start getting options.

He asked if I wanted immediate relief and I said yes and that's what he did.
It's excellent here. Dr. Woo listens to me, he took care of me at that moment rather than making me come back. He asked if I wanted immediate relief and I said yes and that's what he did. I've never had any issues here. Everyone here is professional.

this is a great place.
Friendly staff, great doctors, and you are not in the doctors office all day. They listen to you and they find the best diagnosis for you. I've been here for five years now, great people here. I would recommend them to anyone. I've been to a lot of doctors and you are there all day...those docs go by the book instead of actually listening to the patient and what you have to say. this is a great place.

He seems to know everything that's going on with my body...
It's pretty good here. I fell down the steps, I hurt my arm really bad which brought me here and that's what started it all. Then the pain went to my spine, neck, etc. I've seen Dr. Woo - he's great. He seems to know everything that's going on with my body, he gave me some injections about a year ago. The first time seemed to work, the second time didn't work as well. The staff here is great and pleasant. They are really good.

Overall everything is alright. Pain brought me here and I've been treated pretty decent. I see Dr. Woo and Nilima, they are pretty cool. I feel more comfortable with Dr. Woo, it's his bed side manner. I'm more relaxed with him!

Dr. Woo is great, he works with you and encourages you.
A car accident brought me here but the chiropractor therapy is working with Dr. Becker, at the other office. Just sitting on my MRI and then we're going from there. Dr. Woo is great, he works with you and encourages you. I'm scared of the surgery so he tries to calm me down. I'm never waiting here when I have appointments.. at tops 15 minutes which is fine. I found you guys online and it's been good.

I like when they sit down and talk to me and listen to what I have to say.
It's excellent here. Jessica is excellent, she sits down and talks to me and explains it all to me. So does Dr. Woo and Dr. Winas. I like when they sit down and talk to me and listen to what I have to say. Everybody is really nice here and that makes you want to come back.

....he makes it feel like home.
I've been coming here for 5 years. My experience here is amazing and Dr. Woo is the most amazing doc in the world. He is very personable, he knows you by name and he understands even though he's not going through the pain you're going through...he understands. Coming to pain management, he doesn't make you feel like an addict or anything..he makes it feel like home. He's in the same dynamic as my specialists so they all work together which is great. I always refer him to other people. He is just very caring an just never makes you feel uncomfortable. I love Deb in the front, she's amazing. I straight up call her extension for any questions and she gets right back to me.

All in all, everything is wonderful and great....

This is a very pleasant environment.
I started coming here this year, 2019. Dr. Woo is great. My pain has gotten better but fluctuates alot. I receive alot of advice and every bit of it is very helpful. This is a very pleasant environment. Everyone is very knowledgeable and nothing is forced on me.

I started up at the Brandywine office in 2012 and now I come to Silverside. Dr. Woo is phenomenal and he listens. He is a very thorough doctor. I always have accurate appointments when I come here.

I was one of the first patients at this office when it first opened up.
Everything here is fine! I see Dr. Woo and Dr. Rafique, they are excellent. Dr. Woo explains it all to me really well, so that I can understand what's going on. The staff is really excellent, I never had any problems here. Dr. Fisher recommended me to come here and I was one of the first patients at this office when it first opened up.

It's very nice here. I've seen a number of different PAs here and I like the all!! Dr. Woo is very nice and explained his philosophy to me. The staff is wonderful, Deb is wonderful. She is nice to every single person that walks up to that desk.

his bedside manner is awesome, he's tentative to my needs, makes sure I'm comfortable and is effective with assessing me.
I have arthritis in my spine, hip and knee. I got surgery, my aunts and grandma had hip replacements and knee replacements. It's genetics. Dr. Woo is a great doctor, his bedside manner is awesome, he's tentative to my needs, makes sure I'm comfortable and is effective with assessing me. It's refreshing when he remembers things, he's flexible with me. Are you kidding me, the staff is very nice and great. I've left doctors offices for bad staff members and attitudes, here...it's not like that at all!

he's amazing...he tries all the basic necessities
I was having headaches and I passed out in my car, I was hospitalized for about a week. That's what brought me here! Dr. Woo is my main doctor, he's amazing! He tries all the basic necessities. He's not a medication pusher, he tries every avenue first. The injections didn't work out too well for me, but he's managing the headaches. I love Jess and Will, they are both amazing!

Pain brought me here. It's a progress but were working on it. Dr. Woo is awesome! He is not only interested in my pain, he gets to know you personally. I've had no problems when it comes to staff or getting appointments.

I came here due to an accident, I have been progressing. I'm actually going to be getting injections here soon to make it better. My grandma comes here and told me to come. I was nervous just because I didn't know what was wrong, but Dr. Woo made my nerves go away.

Dr. Woo is very informative
I was seeing an Ortho in Philly and then moved here. I found you guys through the insurance company. I've had two back injuries, Dr. Woo has helped me with shots and medicine. Dr. Woo is very informative. The staff is also good and very courteous.

They all listen and seem to care

Basically, this is the most friendliest environment. They are always helping, smiling, asking questions. It's like they don't bring their problems into work. I've never seen anything like this. I see Dr. Woo but I mainly see Jessica and they are great!

He is very down to earth.
The staff is unbelievable and 100%. They are all cultured and very good people. They are the best staff you could ever get. Good personally, good humor, an take the time to explain anything you ask of them. I've been feeling alot better after seeing Dr. Woo. You can talk to him and he will explain things to you. He is very down to earth. He is always there to help, great person.

He gives you options....
Dr. Woo is a great doctor. He actually pays attention to you, listens to you, and actually gives you a chance and advice on what you want to do on your treatment. He gives you options and you can choose it for yourself. I've been getting back injections and theyve been helping very well. I love the staff and everyone here. You really feel welcome here! you get seen quickly. you should come here! I wouldn't recommend any other pain management but here, this is the best place I've ever been!

The pain started off with kidney pain. I found Dr. Woo who is the best! He controls my pain, he listens to me, and I've had no problems. If it wasn't for him, I would be in bed, in pain, 24/7. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone!

I was in a car accident so I had severe back problems. Dr. Woo provided me with everything I needed. It wasn't just medicine it was total repair and always gave suggestions. Besides taking pain medicine he helped me trigger the pain and I did everything he asked of me. The injections helped tremendously. Dr. Woo is truly a great doctor. I truly trust him. He's very honest and tells the truth. He truly is about getting people well and he's funny!

This group has turned into family for me.
I've been here for awhile. For me to find somewhere who's going to deal with me and stay with me is amazing. They have tolerated me and found what I needed. I've been to millions of doctors, 32 years of chronic pain. This is my place now. They are more personable here and they are listening. This group has turned into family for me. Dr. Woo knows his stuff. I love Jessica and she actually helped me through alot through this. She knew what I was going through and really helped me so so much. I've been good ever since!!
