The best doctor/person ever!
His whole staff makes me feel like I am with family! They take their time with me as if I am special. Dr Perez makes me feel the same! I work in an ER where some of our doctors and nurses see Dr Perez!

A very familiar enviroment
After many years of looking for a good Dr. I was very lucky to have a friend refer me to Dr. Socrates. He is an amazing Dr, but mostly he is very communicative and very familiar with his patients. He takes his time to listen, and explain, not in a medical way, what you need to know. He explains everything the way you can understand what he means. I'm more than happy to be his patient, and I will recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs a Doctor. Elena is AMAZING and Melanie TOO!!!!

Excellent Staff!
It is always a pleasure walking in this office. Everyone is super attentive and nice. The nurse that was with me answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with my appointment today.

Personable, caring, and thoughtful physician

Second opinion
I was referred by a friend for a second opinion, they were very friendly, scheduled my appointment rather quickly.
The Doctor takes the necessary time to go over your information, provides with options and clearly explains his diagnosis and the reason for his diagnosis.
When I had an emergency they got me in right away, when other Doctors that I am currently dealing with havent even returned my call. Great Doctor and Great staff.

Dr. Perez always takes his time with every visit, and I never feel rushed. He answers all of my questions, and takes the time to get to know me as an individual. He goes the extra mile in accurately diagnosing a problem, and makes sure that I do not leave his office with any unsettling feelings. I trust his extensive medical knowledge and practice. It is always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Perez!

Dr. Perez and staff have been great.
I came to Dr. Perez just looking for a new primary MD. In a very short time I have had several issues both medical and injury related. Dr. Perez and his staff have been super responsive. Getting me in same day, short notice, making themselves available off hours and on weekends.
Amazing when compared to typical large, non-personal large practices.

The best Doctor in the SWFL
Dr. Perez is by far the best Doctor that my family and I have ever worked with. His staff is also great to work with, they're friendly, knowledgeable and schedule appointments accordingly.
I have seen multiple doctors in the past 4 years who failed to diagnosed me properly and figure out why my chemical levels were out of wack. Dr. Perez had me properly diagnosed and sent to a specialist within the first few weeks of seeing me. I am currently healthier then i have ever been. Thanks,

Such a caring doctor
Best doctor in town!
Treats his patient like his own family, he is always available, every time I've needed to see him without an scheduled appointment I can get in the same day or the very next day. He always takes his time to explain everything, very knowledgeable. His staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. No complaints from this doctor's office at all.
