Just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy.
I was kept updated, step by step, as the process proceeded. Dr. Shepherd and staff are extremely competent and focused on taking care of their patients. I highly recommended them

Dr. Shephard is the best
Dr. Shephard and the entire staff were all very professional and friendly as well as very efficient. No long wait times and in fact completed a half hour earlier than projected. This was my third colonoscopy with Dr. Shephard. All the pre-opp instructions and follow thru is excellent...and it is nice to have a doctor with such a positive attitude and pleasant bedside manner. All the nurses were excellent and made sure the entire experience was as pleasant as possible.

As pleasant as it can be…!
Second time having a procedure with Dr. Shepard and a long time patient. As unpleasant as any procedure can be, they make it as pleasant as possible. From check in to wheel out every person is calm, efficient and focused.

Follow up from EGD
I have been seeing Dr.Shepard about 8 yrs now and I trust his knowledge and experience. He is a compassionate Doctor and so glad I have him for guidance with my issues. Sometimes hard to navigate your system for getting a response to an inquiry about a medical issue and have gone to the office ‘in person’ for a response.

My experience with Dr Shephard was very good he is a awesome Dr . He fixed the issue that I had Dr Shephard takes his time with his patients he listens to them seems to really care about you and what’s going on with you so he can do the best he can to get your Issues resolved quickly Thank you Dr Shephard

Dr Shephard is impressive, he cares about me as a patient and takes the time to ensure a correct diagnosis. He is my favorite doctor and I trust him. Dr. Shepherd is a very good doctor.
