Front desk so polite and accommodating

Dr. Ephrat is truely an amazing doctor, individual
About five years ago a family member suggested i visit Dr. Ephrat after have a run of eight sinus infections a year for many years.
He was truely a genius and a kind and gentle man correcting what i was born with and suffered so long.
After sinus surgery which went very smoothly on my end, i was able to make it through winters without infections anymore.
God bless Dr. Ephrat.

only complaint no - scope passed into throat/nose without anesthesia; I have never had this exam in pror experiences without numbing. while exam is short, I feel that numbing is appropriate

Dr. Ephrat is my hero. He is the best at what he does. He is very caring, genuine. I will say this from my heart. He practically save my life. I am also bringing my kids to him. He never push any treatment always give you choice and listen and when at work he is a perfectionist. Extremely please with Dr. Ephrat word can not describe how I feel about Dr.Ephrat.
