Although I was very nervous about this surgery, It was wonderful and on my way to a complete recovery.

Results exceeded expectations
I have had both left and right meniscus surgery. Dr. Sigman, truly gave me my life and exercise lifestyle back. I also did Ortho Laser Therapy post left and right meniscus surgeries, with great results! The therapy helped reduce inflammation and any residual aches and pains. Highly recommend !

Rotator Cuff repair that went extremely well
Had a sore shoulder and went to visit Dr. Sigman. I've been to him previously for my other shoulder and an ankle but this is my primary arm and working with power tools was becoming a problem. He diagnosed me with a tear in the rotator cuff and said the surgery would be smooth...
It was! He put in the "cow patch" for the rotator cuff tear and 6 days later I am moving freely. I needed no narcotic medication, just Tylenol for the first 4-5 days. This is helped by the fact that a "block" is done on the shoulder and you have a dead arm for a few days but zero pain. Now I just need to try and not use the arm for 6 weeks. I have spoken with others who have had a more old school approach to this repair and they were in pain for a month and sleeping in a chair instead of their bed. If you need this done, see Dr. Sigman.

The whole experience has been fantastic.
After many years of pain, Dr Sigman, after one visit noted he could fix me. The whole process was from start to finish good, From explanations to surgery it was actually easy. I had heard so many horror stories of rotator cuff surgery, that hearing about Dr Sigman's procedure made sense. 7 days in and moving and relativly little pain. So good!

Unbelievable
This was my third shoulder surgery to try and repair my rotator cuff. Both other surgeries failed and were extremely pain full. I was in a sling for 6 weeks post surgery and in a lot of pain couldn't sleep and when i could it was in a recliner. After the surgery with Dr. Sigmond i was out of my sling in 3-4 days and didn't touch any of my pain medication it was a completley different experience. So far i couldn't be happier with my experience.

Awesome Experience
No one likes to have surgery, but Dr.Sigman and his team were absolutely amazing. Very kind and compassionate. Pain after my knee surgery was much less than I thought it would be and I feel better than ever. Thank you, Dr. Sigman!

very knowledgable and made me feel confident in my decision to have surgery.
I had excrutiating pain with certain movements of my right arm. I was shocked after the surgery that I had no pain at all. My shoulder was stiff and I had a dull ache, but the pain was gone. He started me on physical therapy the next day and suggested laser treatment 2 days a week. I am amazed at how much I have recovered after only 1 week since the surgery.

Dr. Sigman was, is the best. Start to finish my expectations were not only met, but far exceeded anything I could have imagined. Within a week of my shoulder surgery I had range of motion, and more importantly no pain. A day after surgery I started physical therapy coupled with ortho laser, and returned to work four days post surgery! If you need shoulder surgery Dr. Sigman is your man! He is forward thinking in his field. In my opinion a game changer when it comes to modern medicine, and what can be done to raise the level of quality living.

Fantastic all the way through
Initially saw Dr. Sigman for shoulder pain and it was determined surgery would be the best action. Surgery was performed less than 2 weeks later. Nerve block was given at surgery and PT began immediately the day after. Within 1 week I am near full range of motion and pain free! No pain meds necessary except for Acetaminophen. Dr. Sigman explained the diagnosis in my shoulder and he and everyone at surgery explained everything all the way through. All in all it was very comforting and would definately recommend!

Amazed at the progress. Pain free first time in 13 years.
I have had three total knee replacements over 13 years and every day experienced pain walking and performing every day tasks. This treatment has had a significant impact on my every day life to the point that friends and family have noticed vast improvement in my movement.

I could not be more pleased with my experience!
Dr Sigman took great care of me! I was in a great deal of pain when I sought his help. He quickly diagnosed me, provided options In a clear manner and took Immediate steps to provide non narcotic pain relief. When it became clear that surgery was necessary, he scheduled my surgery within days. After just a week or 2 following surgery, I was feeling so much relief and after 10 weeks I have regained full movement and am getting stronger everyday. I believe his progressive approach to my care; including cold laser therapy and his novel use of a “patch” for my rotator cuff repair hastened my Recovery without the need for narcotic pain relievers. I highly recommend Dr Sigman for orthopedic care.

It was an great experience to be in such good hands regarding.
Dr, Sigman is the best at what he does! He told me exactly what he was going to do which gave me confidence which was calming and comforting experience. He took care of my menicuos tear and I was walking without pain in three days. Actually I called him a Magician!

very very pleased with knee repair
Dr S did a proceedure on my knee to repair a fracture and clean up a torn meniscus. The surgery went much better than expected and my recovery was faster than predicted. I believe that Dr S's skills allowed him to repair my knee without doing any unnecassary peripheral damage which not only fixed the problem but made for a faster recovery.

Post ACL reconstruction - back to running and being a dad!
Dr. Sigman and has staff provided a great end to end experience. Pre-surgery, day of surgery and all of my follow-up (even when remote!) has been supportive, straight forward, and made me feel comfortable with my care. Best of all, my knee is rock solid and I'm confident running, biking and everything that comes with raising two little boys. Thank you Dr. Sigman and staff!

Now 100% confident with my soldier, thanks to Dr. Sigman.
I had been experience chronic dislocation of my right shoulder for several years due to overuse as a US swimmer. The shoulder would dislocate several times a month as easily as in reaching to the back of a cabinet or picking up my small dog. After having my son last year, I was constantly worried it would happen again.
Dr. Sigman performed a Laterjet surgery in February and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The doctor and his staff were friendly, informative, and the procedure was quick and pain-free. I regained full range of motion quickly and with physical therapy have restrengthened my shoulder. It's better than ever and I couldn't be more thankful to Dr. Sigman and his team!

Awesome Doctor!
I saw Dr. Sigman for shoulder pain. I had previous rotator cuff surgery that never quite healed or felt right. I had a lot of pain with wright load and external rotation. Dr. Sigman correctly diagnosed partial tear, and his repair feels GREAT! Six weeks after surgery I have most of my range of motion and am looking forward to being able to do planks and headstands.

Treatment for Back Pain
Treatment was short. Pain subsided around 98%. Able to continue my exercise program during the treatment phase. Listened to what I was experiencing treatment to treatment. I would recommend for non-invasive approach.

Total knee replacement of both knees within a 6 month period
After being devistated by arthritis in both knees at the age of 58, I went to see Dr Sigman.
He immediately set a plan into action that included total knee replacement surgery on both knees in seperate events. What was amazing is this was completed without a hitch during the pandemic.Dr Sigman clearly demonstrated that he truly is a world class surgeon who actually cares about his patients.

i had cow patch surgery for rotator cuff tear, quick recovery, was out of sling 2 days and almost full range of motion at 4 weeks
always on time, answers any questions, had prior surgery in 2002 after college swimming and it was a very long recovery and months and months of PT. cow patch much different exeprice and better, faster recovery.

compassionate care combined with leading edge technology at its best
Over 40 years in the building trades have taken a toll on my body and forced me to succumb to multiple orthopedic repairs or what I have labeled as "tune-ups". All of my experiences over the years with OSA as a practice have been nothing but positive.
Most recently Dr. Scott Sigman repaired a torn rotator cuff tendon. Having had a similar procedure six years prior I had what I thought was a good sense of recovery. However, I was soon to learn that the changes Dr. Sigman has incorporated in this procedure have been remarkable. Now, two weeks out from surgery, I believe my recovery is about a month ahead of the original. Extensive use of opioids was not necessary post-surgery to control pain and I was back to work in a limited capacity in less than a week. I highly recommend OSA and specifically Dr. Sigman if you are in need of any orthopedic help.
