pain over 1 year. after referral - surgery. pain free!!!!
Diagnosis was spot on, treatment was event free and besides the expeceted soreness after surgery there was no more pain. Your results may vary, but Dr. Callewart will get you to the closest to pain free as possible. He really is skilled and knows his stuff.

Professional, Precise and Friendly
Dr Callewart and his team are the best. When I first came I was in tremendous pain, and they handled me with care. They have been great all the way through this situation. From my initial visit, they have been glad to take the time to make sure all of questions and concerns have been taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Callewart gave me a second chance of life to enjoy.
From first appointment I knew he was what I wanted with a physician/surgeon--knowledgement and confidence in his scope of practice, kindness, empathy, and never once was in a hurry to not have time to answer all of my concerns. Absolutely the best!!
I'm looking forward to the next chapter of an active life!

Back to Life - Successful Surgery!!!
I believe many people feel like i did: "Back Surgery...that sounds scary & dangerous!!!" Well, not so much with Dr. Callewart!!! He made me feel at easy, always available & the results could not be better!! IM BACK TO LIFE!!! I just wanted to leave those feel words here....you can live without pain & trust a Doctor that really knows what he is doing!!!!

Thank God for Dr. Callewart
I did not realize how much trouble my spine was in until the explanation of my MRI. After a failed spinal surgery in 2015, I was very afraid to have another. Dr. Callewart helped me understand why and what needed to happen so I didn't become crippled. The surgery was a MAJOR deal but Dr. Callewart and his team were up to the task! I praise Jesus for him and the fact that I am not in nearly as much danger and pain as I was before. My future looks brighter now.

The Best Doctor Ever
I was referred to Dr. Callewart I had my MRI with me Dr. Callewart wanted Ex-rays to give him a better outlook on my diagnosis, this was the first time in 20 years, any Doctor name every symptoms I was experiencing Dr. Callewart didn't missed one I was almost in tears my emotions was high because finally I was heard and someone notice me in pain Thank God for Dr. Callewart that care about people and his practice, I trust him to have surgery. A God send!
After a car accident in Colorado on November 15, 2015 I underwent my first cervical fusion of C5-6. One year later I was still experiencing pain and had to move to Germany. A surgeon in Germany discovered that I had a non-union. Knowing that my husband and I were going to move back to the states in 6 months I decided to wait to get another fusion. When we moved to Dallas I Googled the top spinal doctors in the area and found Dr. Craig Callewart. Dr. Callewart found loose hardware and my head was falling forward. He did a complete 360 fusion and I am better!! God Bless this doctor!! My husband is his patient as well.

Exceptional Surgeon-the best in Dallas
My entire spine was compromised and no one would touch it until I was referred to Dr. Callewart. His bedside manner is great; his surgical ability is exceptional. His office staff cares for each patient as well. I was in an 8 hour surgery to correct spinal deformities in my neck. 4 weeks out, my spine was incredible different, my migraines ceased, and I was able to function better than I had in years. I am so thankful for Dr. Callewart, Joe Nagy, and those who practice in this office.

Amazing Dr. C!!! Your Spine Doctor!
If you have any spine pain you need to see Dr. Callewart and Mr. Nagy, PA. Dr. Callewart has helped me with lower back pain, surgery and great recovery 10 years ago. I recently had neck surgery that eliminated the pain down my left arm to my hand. I trust Dr. Callewart listens to his patients, knows what to do and when, he does his research if the problem is not straight forward to help his patients get relief. Dr. Callewart doesn't rush to surgery. I continue to refer friends and family to Dr. Callewart to get relief. Dr. Callewart and his team are AMAZING!!

outstanding experience and results!
Dr. Callewart came highly recommended to me from a previous patient, but I still had a few reservations... until I met him. He fully instilled confidence that everything would work out fine. My results were even better than I expected. A friend had a similar cervical operation with a different surgeon a week after mine. I was up and on the mend very quickly, while my friend was having all types of issues with pain, numbness and lack of strength. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Neck surgery doesn't have to be scary if you have the right surgeon. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Callewart.

Best doctor ever!
The experience with the doctor and the hospital was the best I could ever ask for. Before surgery I could not walk but since surgery I can now walk and my life is much happier.

amazing care and outcome from surgery
i came in with a 17 year old son that could not walk because of such horrible back pain with a pain scale of a 12 and after surgery is now at a 0!!!!! His quality of life is back to normal and would HIGHLY recommend dr callewart and joe!!!
