No wait time and thorough

My experience was great. The front desk staff is friendly and very professional. Dr. Snyder is very kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns. His treatment worked and I do not have any more ear pain. Nicole his assistant is nice and efficient.

Within my visit Dr. Snyder was able able to break down my diagnosis and gave me the write medication which helped my pain level go from a 9.5 to a 2 within 2 hours of taking the medication.

I was very comfortable with the 3 people that I was in contact with (mentioned above). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the many insufferable questions when you first arrive!

The only negative that I can think of regarding this experience was the fact that we had to fill out numerous pages of paperwork for the new computer system they are on at this office when we filled out the exact same information just six months ago. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the doctors professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and helpfulness. And that goes for the staff as well.

Very positive and productive experience. Dr. Synder made me feel very comfortable. I thought his level of expertise was paramount in diagnosing my systems.
