Dr. Dave was extremely detail oriented and took the time to go over my specific case. It is definitely a more personal experience. It was not what I have experienced from other “big box” medical groups. I am very pleased and trust that Dr. Dave is an exceptional Doctor.

Professional, caring, excellent
My husband has seen my doctors. This office is professional and caring. The office manager, Tori spoke to me several times to provide information and change appointments. She was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and that I wasn't just a number. Dr. G. was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to see Dr Dave for years. He always has a smile on his face and is happy to see you when you come in. Great doctor who always spends the time needed to go over your results. Always spot on. Highly recommended.

Doctor Gentile was sensitive to my concerns
Doctor Gentile went over my test results thoroughly and explained how they can be relevant with my current symptoms. He discussed my medications and otc supplements, made suggestions and discussed follow up after I visit my cardiologist and complete my tests there. It was my first time speaking with him and I was pleased with the call. I am looking forward to my first in person appointment with him.

Everyone in the office was wonderful. Danielle was excellent and got the ball rolling right on time - no waiting.
Dr Gentile reviewed my labs and was very clear in his explanations. He is willing to take the time and really listen to my concerns. Great office visit.

Very good—seems like a good doctor.
I enjoyed meeting him and his friendly demeanor. However. I think a consultation Would be better in an office where I wasn’t on the examination table. He didn’t really ask a lot Of probing questions—either I told him too much and he didn’t need more or he was a bit rushed.

Much better than any other doctor!
Dr. Gentile listens, appreciates input about decision making, is open to collaborating about treatment options. I have been to many many, too many, doctors throughout the years (am 76), including many specialties, and Dr. Gentile is the best!

A very nice experience, but I miss the personal exchange
I was pleased to speak with Dr. Dave on the phone, but missed my usual hug from him. We discussed pretty much everything I wanted to and I was pleased with the phone conversation. It wasn’t as nice as seeing him in person.

Amazing
My first experience with Telemedicine was with Dr. David Gentile’s office in Rocky Point. He went above and beyond to make me feel that my care and recovery was of his utmost importance. I had been diagnosed with Covid19 and after 7 days I developed double pneumonia.
I already have a compromised respiratory system so one can understand my obvious fear was the hospital and a ventilator. I called Dr. Gentiles office and within an hour had my first telemedicine visit. He assessed my condition based on my symptoms and immediately put me on nutraceutical medicines (overnighted them to my house) in addition to the pharmaceuticals I was already taking. Dr. Gentile monitored my progress by calling twice a day until my oxygen level increased and my fever reduced. At one point, I did overhear Dr. Gentile tell my brother he was encouraged by my progress, but they couldn’t be heroes so if there was a dramatic change in my oxygen level or increase in fever to call 911. Well, that became an untrue
