Caring and Competent. A wonderful experience.
Dr. Krein is very knowledgeable and explains everything in clear easy to understand terms. He is a very skilled surgeon. I had left parotid cancer and you would never know it. He has a warm caring personality and I highly recommend him!

VERY happy with my Jefferson experience. Dr. Krein and Jefferson surgery staff were wonderful!
Dr. Krein put me at great ease in our first meeting. He is a very caring, compassionate doctor. I felt I was in the right place and in the right hands. From my office visit to the surgery center, he and his team were all very thoughtful in their approach. A very pleasant experience. Not to mention exceptional medical care.

I have been coming to Dr. Krein for several years now for filler and botox as well as scar revision and blepharoplasty. I had an amazing experience with an in office blepharoplasty.
Dr. Krein and his office staff are truly the A team. I had an in office upper and lower blepharoplasty with zero pain. Shannon Dr. Krein nurse practitioner was comforting, informative and available post-op via phone as well as email. In a large university setting this office feels boutique. I am 100% statisfied with my care and results were astounding.
I highly recommend this facility, doctor and his amazing staff.

Dr. Krein did an outstanding job repairing my nose following Mohs surgery.
Dr Krein performed surgery involving closing a wound created during Mohs surgery. He performed the surgery on short notice and did a great job. He is a gifted surgeon. Great interpersonal skills as well.
