I hadn’t been able to breathe through my nose since I was sixteen years old. I im 68 yrs old now. Dr Krein did magnificent work—an artist!
Jefferson is so flawless. Im an old registered nurse so it takes A LOT for me to say this!

An amazing Doctor who cares!
Dr. Krein is an incredible doctor. I had some swelling issues after my rhinoplasty. Dr. Krein listened to my concerns and for over a year met with me to give me injections to assist with the swelling. I now love my nose and it’s all due to Dr. Krein’s patience, and willingness to make sure I was 100% happy with the procedure he did. I recommend him to everyone. He is also the nicest guy and enjoyable to interact with during my visits.

Outstanding!
Dr. Krein exemplifies the standard all doctors should strive for in ability, patient care, and perhaps most importantly patient communication. Despite his schedule you never feel rushed or a mere number. He makes a personal connection with the patient so at that moment they truly feel they are the most important patient he has under his care. Not an easy task.

I can breathe through my nose!
Dr. Krein helped me breathe through my nose for the first time! I've always had structural problems in my nose and they are finally gone. From surgery to post op, he was very kind and helpful!

Dr. Krein exceeded my expectations. My results are incredible and my whole experience could not have been better.
I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty for many years for both medical and cosmetic reasons. After doing much research and attending multiple consultations with other surgeons at different facilities, I never felt truly comfortable enough to move forward with surgery. As soon as I met Dr. Krein and his staff at Jefferson Facial Plastics, I knew I wanted to have my procedure done here. He is so thorough, explains everything in detail from start to finish, has an excellent bedside manner, and is a perfectionist- all qualities I wanted in the person working on my face! I trusted him immediately. My results are better than I’ve ever imagined. I can finally breathe through my nose and it looks absolutely perfect. Michelle, the office manager, is so nice and very easy to work with and all of the office nurses are so friendly. I would recommend Dr. Krein and Jefferson Facial Plastics to anyone who wants a stress-free process with amazing results.

Exceeded my expectations!
Exceptional and efficient office and clinical staff. Dr. Krein is outstanding in his profession and as a person. I am thrilled with the work he did. During the post surgery visit, the day after, he was so happy because he knew I was happy. It’s a rare connection a patient and Dr have. I’ll going to look so good on my zoom meetings now.

Great experience!
Dr.Krien and his team made me comfortable throughout this entire experience. This is my 3rd time through this and I can say the recover was light years better then previous.

Best bedside manner, amazing doctor
Had many issues with my healing that was not Dr. Krein’s fault, he did 2 follow up rhinoplasties after my initial, stood by me the whole way and never stopped trying to make me happy. Great guy and great doctor.

Beyond my wildest dreams.
Dr. Krein has the magic touch. I’m in love!
First of all, Dr. Krein’s bedside manner is adorable. He is cute, funny, friendly, and professional - all at the same time.
Next, his surgical skills. My dressing is still on till tomorrow. I had a mini face lift/neck lift.
As you can see I am writing this the day of surgery ( 9 hours)! So, zero pain, what you can see of my face - NO swelling, No black & blue.
I’m amazed!!!! Tomorrow my be a little worse, but I feel so euphoric just about the way today went! Thank you sooooooo much!
Kudos to the whole awesome team of pre-op nurses, anesthesia, post-op nurses, recovery room.
I am a medical person myself so my praises are genuine. Fingers crossed the results are as good as I feel. I feel 100% confident!

Pretty great
Friendly folks. Did a slight adjustment on my nose I've wanted for years and everytime I look in the mirror I'm like "yaaas. This was a good idea!". It's only several hours after but it's just the little tweak I needed for my self esteem!

Dr. Krein took the time to properly evaluate the issues that I have been experiencing for a while, and then make a life changing diagnosis.
Great experience. I went in for what I thought was a simple septum issue and he went beyond to repair years of damage from a trauma, on top of some anatomical issues with my nasal passages.
