Dr. Krein and his staff have been very professional and knowledgeable. I felt relaxed knowing Dr. Krein will take charge and make the best decisions regarding the procedure. One week after surgery I felt very satisfied with the outcome and will refer anyone to him. I am looking forward to healing fully and enjoying the results for many years to come. Dr. Krein gave me "myself" back!

Professional, pleasant physician who provides natural and consistent results
I have been receiving fillers and botox from Dr. Krein for about 6 years, and his work has always resulted in a natural and refreshed look, which is what I've wanted. Before my first appointment, I was extremely nervous. I choose Jefferson initially because I was more comfortable with the work being performed in an academic facility. Any expectation I had was exceeded by the care and attention I received. Dr. Krein was patient in answering all my questions and made me feel at ease - which, frankly, is no small feat. Since then, the results have remained consistent and each experience at the office has been pleasant - the nurses and staff are similarly welcoming, and informed. I cannot imagine letting anyone other than Dr. Krein near my face with an elective needle, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Krein has been a great inspiration to me coming to jefferson hospital. When I started coming, my ears were the size of plumbs. Through the injections I started receiving and counseling I got a real good improvement each time I came. I am very satisfied with my results. I want to thank him for his hard work and I want to Thank the lord with me being a senoir citizen and helping me find Dr. Krein. I am so thankful

Life Changing.
Dr. Howard Krein is an amazing doctor/surgeon. I had an amazing experience while under his care. The whole process was a great one. At no time did I second guess my care. From the diagnostic, surgery and post surgery I felt nothing but confidence in his ability to help me. Dr. Krein is very personable and takes took his time to listen to my concerns and questions. He answered all the questions in a manner that I could understand. He took his time with me. At no time did I feel like I was being rushed or was just another number. At the end of the day Dr. Krein has improved the quality of my life and there is not enough I can do to thank him.

Incredible Post Op Visit
Dr. Krein is phenomenal at his job and phenomenal with his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain, and just get to know his patients and their story. Each visit has been thorough and he always answers my questions. I am so glad I picked him to provide my care and truly could not have seen myself being as pleased with my experience as I am now if I went another route.

Dr. Krein did three procedures to reconstruct my nose after a botched procedure from another physician. Dr. Krein always explained each procedure clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was consistently kind, compassionate, and understanding. I am extremely pleased with the final results of my reconstructed nose and face.

Dr Krein is a doctor that cares for his patients
Having spent time with Dr Krein I have noticed that he really does care about his patients wants/needs but also care about his results. Always willing to listen and talk about concerns. The day of surgery he spoke with me for about 10 minutes and really put me at ease before going under.

Very efficient and honest
Dr. Krein was very up front with the likelihood of symptom change, and helped talked me through the pros and cons of different options. The procedure itself went perfectly and recovery was 100% as expected. The office has also been great with handling scheduling and billing.
