I'm getting a great deal of pain relief now!
Dr. Rizvi has been extremely effective in helping me to manage and relieve the terrible pain I have from my frozen shoulder. He has been so helpful in making the daily quality of my life significantly better. He listens to my complaints and does his best to alleviate my pain the best he can. I sincerely appreciate all he has done for me. I am feeling more myself nowadays without the constant pain I used to live with.

Great Dr. - Exactly what I hoped for.
Dr. Rizvi was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. HIs bedside manner is second to none. I am comfortable and feeling hopeful I will get rid of this pain. Dr. Rizvi makes you part of all decision making. A partnership. Highly recommend. I wish he could be my Dr. for everything.

pain in neck, hard to drive, movement left or right and up and down really hurt
Dr Rizvi gave some injection in the area and the did a carterisation of the nerves and the pain level went way down. can now move the neck without the stabbing pain i used to experience. overall i'm very pleased with the results.

A Doctor that has your best interest first and formost
Dr.Rizvi and the entire staff at Illinois Pain Institute are by far the most professional and caring group of people I've had the privelege to be treated by.....Would without a doubt recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of treatment....5 star service from a 5 star staff !!!!!!!!

Dr Rizvi works to get to the cause of the pain and works to a solution
I highly recommend Dr. Rizvi at the Illinois Pain Institute. His goal is significant reduction in pain or elimination of pain.
I have had very good success with a long standing problem of sciatica and am now at a point of relief where i can continue my daily regimen which includes being an active runner and biker.
