I look human again. I cannot thank Dr. Patel enough.
I lost the right side of my face in an accident. For years people (strangers) kept on asking me embarrasing questions and kids would make fun of me. I saw doctors in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles and had multiple procedures and I really did not look much better. Someone in a shop in Las Vegas of all places gave me Dr Patel's information. The best thing that ever happened to me in life. I feel like a new person and he and Stacie and Cassie were the most wonderful people to me.

I had botched lower lid surgery which was fixed by Dr. Patel
I had too much skin and fat removed from my lower lids and the surgeon did more surgery then and made it worse. It took me three years to find someone who could fix it. I am so happy to have found Dr. Patel. I warn you: he has a waiting list and now I know why he has a waiting list. Thank you to him and to Stacie for getting me in and looking after me so well. THANK YOU.

I still look Japanese!
My baggy lower lids and cheeks made me look older than I feel. I also had baggy upper lids. I was afraid I would look different in a bad way so delayed my surgery for many years. I am not sure why I felt confident after meeting Dr. Patel and his team but everyone was so kind and accommodating. I am now a month after surgery and when I was at two funerals, everyone though I looked beautiful but they did not know I had surgery. I still look like myself, only younger. Thank you to Dr. Patel

Thank you for fixing my botched surgery by five surgeons
I was referred to Dr. Patel by someone whose face cancer had been treated by Dr. Patel. As I had a botched result from several surgeries, he was anxious that I not go through yet more procedures. I am so glad I found him and Dena and Jill: they have saved my life. I will always be grateful to them all. And Dena and Jill are so sweet and kind. I am blessed! However, it is important to remember that you will have to wait to get to see him! My only "complaint"! Worth every minute (and week!).

I am a man and had a brow lift because my brows were too low..
and they were being pushed down even more with my bike helmet. I was concerned about having a brow lift but Dr. Patel did a beautiful job. You cannot see my scars! I can see a lot better and everyone thinks I look younger, which is a nice bonus. I heard Dr. Patel teaching his visiting plastic surgeon about technique and suturing technique and I now understand why I got a great result!

My wife loves my eyes again!
I have seen so many people (and friends) who look like deers in headlights with too much surgery that I was afraid to get my eyelids done. I took my friend's advice to trust Dr. Patel and had surgery. Nobody knows I had surgery unless I show them my before photos. I look natural and feel I got better results that the people with staring eyes I seem to meet! Thank you to the team at the Bluff surgical center for looking after me so well. Thank you to Stacie and Dr Patel.

I have a new outlook to life now that my face looks better than it ever has!
I had cancer in 2017 and looked and felt old. I had some changes on my face which made me look pretty bad. I thought I should just live out my life at home but someone introduced me to Dr. Patel (thank you Dr. Hendrix). He has given me a new lease on life: I am out again and enjoying life. I cannot thank Dr. Patel and Dr. Hendrix enough.

Thank you for fixing our baby
Our baby was born with a condition which had us frightened. Dr Snow told us there was only one person to see. We flew to Salt Lake City to see Dr Patel. Not only has he fixed our little one, but is also going to look after our other baby with a similar problem. We feel so blessed to know Dr. Patel and his team. Thank you to Stacie for arranging everything for us so well.

Dr. Hendrix had me fly to Salt Lake City to see Dr. Patel
When I had a cancer growing rapidly behind my eye, Dr. Henrix flew me to Salt Lake urgently. It was Christmas and I didn't think I would be taken care of. I met Dr. Patel's whole team and his trainee doctors. Everyone looked after me like I was their friend. I am now 2 years after surgery and the cancer is gone, I can see and I am enjoying life. Bless the Moran Center and Dr. Patel and his team. Thank you.

I am sad we are leaving the State
as I don't know if we can find as great a team as Dr. Patel's. My little girl that Dr. Patel fixed loves coming to see everyone and I am so happy with our care. Although Dr. Patel has referred me to someone he knows, we are all nervous. I will not hesitate to just fly back to see him as he has agreed to see us no matter where we are. Thank you to the Moran for such a great team of Diana, Abraham, Patricia, Mike and others I cannot remember.

Thank you for removing my tattoo so well and working with me
I know I was stupid to get that large tattoo. I had a regret almost immediately. Thank you to Dr. Patel for working with me and guiding me through the laser removal of the tattoo. I am finally rid of it: never again.

For four years I looked for someone to fix my botched surgery
I was afraid after three operations and looking weird. Everyone I saw wanted to operate on me but I just did not feel confident as they did not listen to my story and my experience. I was sent to Dr. Patel by a friend who said "just trust me, go see him". I am now two months after he repaired the botched surgery. Every day is a new beautiful day! I have started dating again!!

50 years of a red right eye ... no more!
The growth on my right eye has given me trouble for more than 50 years. I had it treated twice by surgeons but it just kept on coming back and they told me nothing could be done. My son was being treated by Dr. Patel and I showed it to him. "No problem, we will take care of it" he said. And he did. It is now six months after my surgery and I have no redness or pain for the first time. I am so glad I went to the appointment with my son!

I put up with the misery that you know so well with my lid and brow for so may years. I don't know how you did it but I look normal for the first time in 39 years (yes, I have been counting!). I only wish you were my orthopedic surgeon and my general surgeon and my internist as well. Thank you for making me look and feel good.

I had a Hammock lift by Dr. Patel.
I was feeling tired and looking worse than my years. Although I have some jowls and neck looseness, my upper part of the face was really aging badly. I work in a hospital and all my coworkers thought I looked very tired (I was!). Dr. Patel did the Hammock lift by addressing my brows, upper lids, lower lids and cheeks and I cannot believe the difference. They don't let me put up my photos on this site so I will put them up on the web for people to see. I am amazed and thankful to Dr. Patel's team

After my facelift and necklift
People tell me I look like Elizabeth Taylor after Dr. Patel did my facelift and necklift. They tell me how beautiful I look and I feel beautiful. But I complained to Dr. Patel that I don't have Ms. Taylor's diamonds or Richard Burton. I love my results. Dr. Patel also has a great team of Jill and Dena who looked after me very well and always answered my calls and questions.

The best doctor ever
Dr. Patel is the best doctor I have ever seen. He listened to my long story of problems and complications form surgeries, explained things to me and then fixed my problems. He also gave me advice for other problems that are not his specialty and put me in touch with a good doctor for my daughter. They don't make doctors like this any more.

My little girl looks like a normal little girl now.
I was so worried when my little girl was born with no upper lid on one side. I was told it was a coloboma. I saw five surgeons all of whom said they could not fix it and that I should use ointment every hour every day. The doctor in the emergency room one night said I should go and see Dr. Patel: he repaired my little girl's lid but I don't know how. My family cannot believe how good the lid looks. It is now three years since the surgery and I am still amazed. A miracle.

My droopy upper lids and brows fixed beautifully and..
I still look like a man! I was afraid to have surgery because some of my friends who had plastic surgery look weird! I shouldn't have worried. I can see better and look great. Thank you Dr. Patel and to the University of Utah for having such a great surgeon. He even called me at home to check up on me! Warning: you will have to wait to get an appointment with him as he is popular!

I am telling everyone what a beautiful job Dr Patel did of my orbital decompression
I had surgery by another surgeon for thyroid orbitopathy and nothing improved. My eye remained buggy and lids did not close. I was despairing because I had seen Dr. Patel but because he had a waiting list, I went with this other surgeon. BIG MISTAKE. I finally had to have it done by Dr. Patel and oh my god I look beautiful! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am telling everyone what a great and kind surgeon he is. Now I know why he is busy and I will never be impatient!!

My botched facelift surgery by another surgeon
I only went in for droopy lids but this other surgeon and his team of clever "assistants" had me signing up for all sorts of other things. I have regretted going there every day now for the last two years. I finally picked up the courage to get other opinions. Dr. Patel has finally fixed me!! I wish I could tell this other doctor exactly what I and my family think about his way of doing business but Dr. Patel said "let it go, your karma was good, we fixed you!" Yes you did!

The doctors in Idaho would not fix my fractures
The doctors in Idaho would not fix my facial fractures because I had "bad insurance." I waited a year before I found Dr. Patel at the Moran Center at the University of Utah. I am young (25) and I looked terrible with the fractures and the changes. Dr. Patel helped me; I am healing and look so much better. I am telling everyone about how wonderful everyone is at the Moran Center. Thank you to Diana, Jill, Dena, Dr Patel and everyone who helped me.

My crossed eyes fixed after 30 years
I had many operations as a child. The doctors told me they could not do any more so I had to live my life with my eyes crossed. I happened to be in clinic with my mother and asked Dr. Patel to look at me: he fixed me! I have straight eyes after 30 years! I told him I give him 10 stars (out of five!). Thank you to Dr. Patel and his team of Jill and Dena who are wonderful.

I suffered from migraines all my life until
Dr. Benator suggested I talk to Dr. Patel. After reviewing my history and all the medications I had tried, Dr. Patel tried two different ways of injecting me with dysport. For the first time in 60 years, I have not had migraine headaches! As a physician, I understand some treatments work, some work partially, and some not at all, but I am so grateful to Dr. Patel and his team for making mine work so well!

I was afraid to have a brow lift but wanted one!
I was worried my brows would look too high as I didn't want to have an operated look. I looked up lots of surgeons. I finally came to see Dr. Patel because my friend got a beautiful result with a facelift. I am glad I got Dr. Patel to do my brows. I don't look angry or sad any more and he also did my upper lids at the same time. I also got an improvement elsewhere on the face from this surgery, so I am happy!

I used to cry all the time and I got tired of everyone asking me
what the matter was. I had stones in my tear ducts and repeated infections. Several surgeons told me it was "not worth doing the surgery as it was too complicated." I flew to see Dr. Patel who not only fixed both my sides, but there are no scars that I can see. When I saw him recently, I cried because I was so happy that I have after all these years got this problem licked. That is the only time I have cried!

get anyone to look after me. I went to two hospitals in Nevada and three doctors. I was finally treated but badly. It took me a year before someone recommended I see Dr. Patel. He repaired the botched job and has made me a new socket. I went through depression, but now I am happy and back at work. Even when I had no insurance, Dr. Patel treated me with such respect and as a human being that my whole family thinks he is the best doctor they have every met. Thank you to Dr. Patel and his team.

Lost my whole right lower lid to cancer...
Got a new lower lid from Dr. Patel. I cannot believe my before and after photos that Dr. Patel sent to me. I had lost my whole lower lid, my cheek, skin, etc. My family cannot tell which side was fixed, but they may be lying! My friends think it looks amazing. I am glad Dr. Jacobsen sent me to Dr. Patel to get fixed!

I am glad I found Dr. Patel: he fixed something that others messed up!
I thought I was stuck with my horrible lids. After three operations, one side could not close, the other side looked like I was paralysed. How Dr. Patel fixed this I don't know and don't care. I took my friend to dinner because she was the one who told me to see Dr. Patel!

We obviously found the right surgeon for my son!
My whole family was amazed at what a beautiful job Dr. Patel did on my son. As a mother, I was concerned about what sort of scarring we would get when a large tumor was removed from my son's eyelids. We couldn't have hoped for a better result: we found the right surgeon! Thank you to the Moran for having surgeons like Dr. Patel

I could not close my eyelids because I made a big mistake
Dr. Patel was recommended to me for my droopy upper lids but because he had a waiting list, I went to another surgeon. Big mistake. This surgeon lifted my brows and lids so much that I could not close my eyelids at all. He told me there was nothing he could do and I was in so much pain. I begged Dr. Patel to see me and he has now fixed me. Wow! I can close my lids again. I wish I had been patient and not gone to this other "surgeon". I learned my lesson!

Nobody could get rid of my veins on my face until
Dr. Patel used his magic lasers and got rid of the veins on my face which had been there for more than 30 years. I got teased at school and as an adult. I wish I had found him before! Thank you for cleaning up my face, Dr. Patel.
