A mixed bag. Good check in and woeful delay due to short staff.
Getting an appointment was very good. Explanations regarding locality, arrival time and preparation: High marks. Process of check-in while somewhat laborious and lengthy, was thorough and technically very efficient by use of the tablet. Payment was done via tablet also which was easy albeit somewhat impersonal. I did not appreciate having to wait for 45 minutes fot the doctor to come in, however. Dr. Glaser was a consummate professional and very efficient at the procedure involving cerumen removal by manual dexterity complemented by suction. He seemed very harried and rushed through our appointment. No warmth. No real eye contact or connection/empathy with patient. He said he was the only doctor on board that day so that mitigated my feelings somewhat. If he was running 45 minutes late with his third or fourth patient (mine was a 9:30 appt) I hate to imagine what it looked like in the afternoon. I do give him credit for doing double, maybe even triple duty. A herculean task!

Very pleased with Doctor Glaser, .and happy I chose him.
Feeling very nervous about a possible condition, I was made to feel very comfortable the minute I walked into the office. The Doctor and Staff made me feel welcome, and important. I would recommend this practice to anyone who asks. I look forward to my next visit more comfortable, as I know I will be taken well cared of.

Same day appointment, was convenient and easy
My new patient check-in process was quick and easy. I did it from my mobile phone. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Once seen, the nurse was friendly, and attentive. The doctor came in shortly after and was helpful, and attentive. I felt heard, which is important. The doctor explained the process throughout and answered all my questions. This made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Confident in the Plan!
Dr. Glaser made me feel super comfortable that there were new options for me to ease the discomfort caused by nasal polyps. I had them removed once and I knew they were back. He made me feel confident that were were going to try to find a solution and a long term maintenance plan.

From check in to follow up. Perfect experience
From the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Every staff member was attentive and respectful. So refreshing and calming to know there are still great people taking care of me. Dr. Glasner is definitely in the top of his field.

I have a tendency to over explain. Thankfully the doctors at ENT AND ALLERGY Hoboken really listened and took the time to make me feel heard, and cared for. Kindness from door to door, all around.

Dr. Glaser was attentive, knowledgable, thorough.
Dr. Glaser thoroughly and methodically diagnosed my issues, explaining and recommending various treatments, as well as describing more drastic available treatments he did not recommend. I left with confidence that we were following the best course of action and that my symptoms did not indicate a serious problem.
