Thorough exam with compassion
Dr. Hade has always been compassionate and skilled with my Mom and I. My Mom’s medical history is somewhat complicated and Dr. Hade has listened and treated her as if she was his own mother.

I was so happy that I only needed a stronger prescription and did not need cataract surgery as recommend by another doctor.

Dr. Hade is absolutely the best eye care specialist anywhere; however, I am not pleased by the waiting time I had to spend waiting for him to speak with me in person.
Dr. Hade is patient, remarkably thorough and well-versed in his field. His office staff is polite and efficient. However, as I stated above, why is there such a long wait for the doctor to actually come into the examination room to discuss the findings of my tests? Is this an overscheduling problem and if so, it seems it could be easily rectified.

Dr. Hade is a true professional. He is very thorough and listens to his patients. He has been our family optimist for many years now and we have always been very satisfied with his service and staff. He even came in in a Sunday when we had an emergency. Great doctor, we highly recommend him!

Everyone tries to do the best. Does not rush. Be patient and let the healthcare professionals do the job right. Love the service they provide.
The location is a bit difficult to find. A sign outside and number of the building will help.

Absolutely true storyDr Hade saved my eyesight
After seeing Dr Hade for a vision problem he made a call and he sent me directly to another specialist and then that Dr sent me to another specialist and by Midnight the next day I was in Philadelphia Eye hospital ands the sight in one eye was saved. I’ll be forever thankful for Dr Hade’s quick and challenging diagnosis.

A totally satisfied first visit!
When my previous ophthalmologist retired I began my search and came across Dr. Hade's name. The reviews and other information convinced me to look no further as his practice appeared to be the "Gold Standard". My recent visit proved this to be true. I felt completely comfortable with every step of the process, the friendly staff, and my time with Dr. Hade. I'm convinced I made the right decision and feel secure knowing I'm in good hands.
