EXCEPTIONAL care!!
Carolyn was wonderful and put in many calls with my insurance company to get my prescription covered! She had to dig thru years to get the info the insurance needed to cover my very expensive medication!!
And Dr. Hade is just the BEST eye doc around! You never feel rushed, he takes the time to make sure you understand everything!! He genuinely cares about your well being!

A very detailed and informative visit.
I am glad that my condition is being taken very seriously where Dr. Hade Is encouraging a second opinion and consultation with other professionals so only a correct treatment plan can be decided upon.

Dr. Hade is wonderful, conscientious, knowledgeable and caring
I had a wonderful experience as always with Dr. Hade. He takes time to explain everything and the examination I get each year is the most thorough I have ever had in my many years of visiting ophthalmologists. I have recommended at least six neighbors to this amazing doctor and all have been equally impressed

Personalized, wonderful service
I have seen several other ophthalmologists in my lifetime- i appreciate the personal touch of Dr Hade's office. From the friendly office staff, to the well-stocked assortment of frames to browse, to the doctor's friendly bedside manner and diagnosis. Hours are good, easy to make an appointment. Will be a patient for a long-time to come!

Very understanding and knowledgable
After experiencing extreme discomfort from severe dry eye, Dr Hade was my 3rd eye doctor. I came to him in pain and despair...His diagnoses was accurate and my condition has improved greatly. I rarely need to visit, but when I do, he is the best and the first one that I call. I have recommended other patients to Dr Hade. My blepharitis is gone and my dry eye is very much improved.

DR. Hade is outstanding!
I have had cataract surgery done in both eyes by Dr. Hade. He is outstanding! There was a problem with the second surgery and he met me on a Saturday evening in his office to make sure everything was okay. He is very patient, and explains everything that is going to happen with the surgery so you feel comfortable with the procedure.
Dr Hade is the same with regular eye exams, very patient and through, also never recomending a service you do not need. Everyone in the office is always helpful

cataract surgery
I have been going to Dr. Hade for several years. I recently had cataract surgery and can not be more pleased with the outcome. Dr. Hade answered all my questions and was very professional. The office staff was just great and made coming to the office a pleasurable experience.

Cares about more than your eyes
Dr. Hade saw me after I had a flickering in my eye. The diagnosis ended up being blood cancer that had affected my eyes. Dr. Hade went above and beyond to see that I was tested immediately and even referred me to an oncologist. He is a caring thorough doctor that is attentive. I have and would refer him to all my friends and family.

Amazing
i love the office staff. Very warm and welcoming. Dr. also have a great optician in his office too. No pressure to buy glasses or contacts through the office. All fees are told in advance too. Dr. Hade is very good and trust him completely.

Excellent Eye Doctor, who really listens
I have severe eye phobias. Dr. Hade was understanding and gentle enough that even I made it through the entire visit and all the tests I needed. He was exceedingly patient with me. I have been to other doctors who have not been and I was not able to finish my exam with them. He was reassuring from start to finish. All three of my children and husband see him as well. He shows the same high level of care with patients of all ages. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jason Hade. His staff is great too.

A truly amazing and caring visit every time
My first visit was on an emergency basis and they took me the same day. Nurse was extremely compassionate and assisted me right away. Dr Hade is extremely warm smart and caring and truly takes his time. Within hours the corneal tear I had was feeling better with the drops he provided. Each follow up he took his time and truly wanted to make sure the problem was resolving. He definitely made himself a new patient with me because I left my previous eye doctor because of the service his office gave
