Amazing thought leader who's compassionate and attentive
I went to see Dr. Somenek as a first time patient admiring work he'd performed amongst my friends here in DC. I could not be happier with my experience. From their beautiful office, amazing staff, and his impeccable care I felt welcomed and comfortable to explore surgical and non-surgical options for my areas of interest. Getting professional guidance from someone who clearly loves, understands and is so good at their work, in such a professional but friendly atmosphere, was such a pleasure.

He is wonderful!
Dr. S is absolutely wonderful. He is great with a nervous patient like me and spends the time to thoughtfully talk through all the options rather than rushing anything. He is also conservative, meaning that I didn't walk out of his office feeling like I committed to anything crazy or drastic. I trust him with my face, which says it all, doesn't it?

Highly recommended!
I was referred to Dr. Somenek by a friend of mine, and am very glad I chose his office for my skincare needs. He took time to hear my concerns, and provided guidance on a number of options to resolve discoloring, reduce age spots, and wrinkles. I didn't feel pressured to invest in any treatments I wasn't ready for, and left his office after a quick, enjoyable visit.

My TruSculpt Experience!
I have been looking for a treatment to help burn "belly fat". I wanted proven results, excellent providers and a comfortable environment. My experience at Dr. Somenek and Dr. Pittman's was exactly that and more.. Sheena is so pleasant, Stephanie made sure I was comfortable and the providers did an excellent treatment. I am thrilled to see my peak results. I am definitely coming back here for more work!

Michael Somenek is a caring and skillful facial plastic surgeon who combines artistry and innovative techniques to achieve outstanding results that are tailored to each patient's individual needs. His skill with injections is unmatched. Although I am on blood-thinners, I never have bruising and injections are painless. He keeps me looking like myself. I highly recommend him.

He made my day
I had fallen on my face on a gym treadmill (moving) and split my lip. My dentist referred me to Dr. Somenek when the dentist noticed that the split was too large to heal well by itself. Dr. Somenek saw me immediately, explained what he would do, then numbed my lip and sewed it up with the finest needle I'd ever seen. It healed easily and left no mark at all! He saw me for follow-up also. He is professional, easy to talk to as a patient, and an expert at what he does! Thanks, Dr. Somenek!

Focus on a natural look
Dr. Somenek is excellent at maximizing what you have naturally. He accentuates your positive attributes and implements procedures to add subtle changes over time. He is very good at talking through pros/cons the desired end-state, and then working with you to achieve results.

Wonderful experience
I love getting my botox treatment from Dr. Somonek because of how professional and gentle-mannered he is. He also explains everything clearly and has a knack for making you feel at ease right away. I will definitely continue going to him for all my botox needs.

Took plenty of time to explain everything and provide reassurance
Dr. Somenek goes the extra mile in answering questions and reassuring his patients. I was nervous with multiple procedures but I had wonderful results with all of them. He and his staff are wonderful.

Exceptional experience
Dr. Somenek has been amazing. I came in for scar revision due to a dog bite on my lip. Dr. Somenek advised of what he was able to do in order to make my lip look as best as possible. He took his time and had amazing bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Somenek.
