Service fm this provider was excellent. But as far as getting a call back regarding a problem i had with Quest Dia regarding test that i needed that was schl’d by my Dr is terrible. Medicare refused to pay for two blood draws. I called at least 5 times to try to get this corrected. No return call. Very disappointed.

All of the staff are friendly, and explain things fully.
Dr. Rajca is very thorough during the appointment. He asks me questions and tries to get to the correct diagnosis and treatment. He makes me feel that he is consistently searching for answers to my symptoms and explains why he make the decisions for meds and different treatment options. He does seem to be willing to make sure he addresses the problem we talk about by offering his suggestion and asking me how I feel about what he thinks the problem is and how he will address it. He does ask me if I have any questions for him before he leaves.
