Listened well and had great patience for I am am deaf without my hearing aids.
I was seeing a different ENT but three times they would not take me in as an emergency and sent me to urgent care each time. After three time and still not feeling better and at risk of losing more of my hearing being hard of hearing, I called this office. Fit me in the same day, Dr seemed genuinely concerned and has created a plan for me to get better and try to prevent future problems. Definitely staying with this office!
