Doctor was professional and answered my questions.  Most of the rest of the staff were pleasant, but some (ok, one) of the rest of the staff were cantankerous and bordering on mean.

I have had a big mass/lipoma on my back, and she has completely removed it. She gave me very clear explanation of all steps I would take to get prepared for surgery, and all staffs in her office were so kind as well.
