Dr. Portnoy's compassion, patience and musical enthusiasm made me feel comfortable during my visit and hopeful that my voice would be restored to perform again.
Dr. Portnoy was amazing! He took his time in explaining what was going on and prepped me every step of the examination. He was very compassionate and empathetic unlike many doctors who see you for 5 minutes, prescribe meds and collect payment. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Portnoy throughout my singing career.

Really helped with my needs

Professional, compassionate and thorough
I was seen the same day I called with an urgent matter. The staff was helpful in finding an appointment time. I was seen 15 minutes after I arrived. The doctor is kind, professional, experienced and genuine. I feel relieved that I have begun treatment and am confident that the issue will resolve.

There's no one else I would trust more with my ENT then Dr. Portnoy.
Dr. Portnoy is attentive, patient, thorough and committed to helping solve my concerns from beginning to end. He addresses my as a real person and I never feel like I'm being rushed or just another patient on a list he has to check off for the day. He has been my ENT doctor for he last 8 years and I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Portnoy is very professional and knowledgeable
I have made multiple visits to Dr, Portnoy concerning my vocal cord paralysis over the past 18 months. Each visit he took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He would also have a detailed report for me about the visit and his evaluation, my progress, and plan going forward for me. Dr.Portnoy is the Best He is very caring
I Had vocal polyps and my voice was hoarse Dr Portnoy layered them and now there completely gone and my voice is no longer hoarse. He was very caring and gave me back my confidence to socialize again.

Dr. Portnoy is very attentive and caring intending to his patients. He gives accurate advice and information on your diagnosis.
