Dr Yamasaki is wonderful
She is so kind and gentle - It’s unnerving to have someone coming at your ear with a sharp instrument - but she’s kind, gentle and patient. She explains everything before and while she’s doing it and makes sure that you understand everything before you leave the office. Everyone there - including the audiologist was very kind - but I feel especially fortunate to have had Dr Yamasaki for my visit.

She was the best ENT that i had with my ear
I had a problem with my left Ear and she diagnosed it with her expertise. I had gone to a different ENT and he was a failure. I heard she was leaving and so sad to her leave.

This was a follow-up office visit.
Dr. Yamasaki was an excellent doctor during my first office visit 3 weeks ago and during my follow-up office visit today. She was very nice and patient, and took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions. She is a wonderful doctor.

Excellent Care - Wellness Whisperer
She was like a wellness whisperer. Very cordial, very thorough in her exam and explanations. Took time to ensure I understood what she was doing at each step of the way; made sure I was at ease for the examinations; and coached me on how to apply medication during my post visit at home care. You feel better just being there as the anxiety (one of the key symptoms of being sick) is lifted.

Very informative
Dr. Yamasaki was very knowledgeable and extensive with her explanations. I loved her and felt very comfortable with her. She was very simple but detailed to everything she saw. Would greatly greatly recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Yamasaki has a great bedside manner, was able to schedule me incredibly quickly, and was a great listener for my complicated history. I appreciated her recommendations and her clinical judgement was spot-on. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Dr. Yamasaki
Dr. Yamasaki & the whole staff was wonderful. They were very organized and took every step to maintain a safe environment. Dr Coons was also very pleasant and diligent when conducting my sound ear test.
Overall my experience was very positive and would recommend this ENT office to anyone!

Excellent first visit
Dr Yamasaki is excellent. She’s young, energetic and very intelligent. We are still ruling out root causes of my sinus pain, but her initial recommendations have already helped ease my facial pain and it’s only been one day! She really does take the time to listen and really understand what’s going on. She explains everything thoroughly. I walked away with a hand written summary detailing my assessment and treatment plan. I don’t like going to doctors but she made me feel at ease. I scheduled online and it was so easy. I was seen the next day. Excellent care!

New Patient, Dr Yamasaki spend a considerable time with me, we discussed my health issues and concerns in details. What I really liked was her explanation for the medical observation while she was examining me. Excellent bed side manners!!!

Amazing Doctor
Dr. Yamasaki is fantastic! She attentively listened to my concerns and addressed them. She was very compassionate and knowledgeable. She helped me feel much better. I wish she could be my doctor for all things healthcare. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Yamasaki is great!
I had a last minute throat issue come up and needed an appointment the same day and they were able to fit me in. Dr. Yamasaki was great, listened well, did not rush me, was very comprehensive when doing tests/checks. I could tell she wanted to cover all her bases and make sure she wasn’t missing anything, which I really appreciated.
She asked my thoughts, asked if I understood everything clearly and when I didn’t she reexplained. She made sure multiple times to ask if I had any questions before even moving towards the door to leave. Very nice and professional, put me at ease!

The best M.D I ever have met.
First, she was really polite and humble. She had answer my all questions by looking at every single concern I had. I was really satisfied and informed before I leave. I have never seen any doctor like her. I will definitely like to adapt her personality for my future PA career. Such a nice lady!!
