Very positive first impression all around
Dr. Yamakasi (I'm pretty sure it's Yamakasi, though it says Yamasaki above) was wonderful! She was simultaneously professional and familiar which put me right at ease. She listened thoughtfully to everything that I said but didn't push me towards any one decision, and she answered any and all questions that I had. I will definitely be keeping her as my ENT should I encounter any further problems in that area. I would like to commend the nurses and office staff as well; everyone I dealt with was both helpful and kind.

Highly recommend Dr. Yamasaki
Dr. Yamasaki was knowledgeable, skilled and caring. She spent time confirming my family history and understanding my current symptoms. When she performed a procedure she continually explained what was happening and checked my comfort level. I appreciated how sensitive she was to my concerns as a patient. She also made helpful recommendations for prevention going forward. I felt she was very thorough.

Overall system of online scheduling, staff and office protocol is excellent. Protocol for CDC guidelines for containing COVID-19 virus is excellent.

Excellent Doctor
Dr Yamasaki listened intently to my problem, performed a thorough examination of my ears, nose and throat and thoroughly explained the cauterization process. The procedure was successful and an explanation of what I should do until the follow up appointment was provided.

Everyone in the office was extremely nice.
Dr Yamasaki is the kind of doctor you want. She was thorough and explained everything as she went on. She didn’t use “doctor “ language. You understand everything she says. Thank you Dr Yamasaki for allowing me to ask questions and not feel silly for asking them!! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

Great experience!!!
Dr Yamasaki was amazing with my 13 year old daughter, she was extremely nervous before our visit. Dr Yamasaki took the time to explain to her what was wrong & exactly what she was going to do to correct the problem. She really took the time to make a teenager feel comfortable. Thank you!

A wonderful patient doctor experience!
Dr. Yamasaki took the time to listen, addressed every concern and question I had and came up with a detailed plan to hopefully deal with them all. One of the best doctor experiences I have had in a long time. You will love her!

She did a great job, was extremely knowledgeable, and was kind and listening.
She was the best ENT I've ever been to. She was kind, patient, and clearly knew what she was doing. She answered all of my questions and really listened to me, which I really appreciated a lot.

Excellent service
This is vary rate nowadays to find friendly people in doctors office but this ENT office deserves a solid 10, from the receptionists, Laura to Dr. Alisa Yamasaki. Everyone there is super friendly and kind. They went above and beyond with my mother. I will recommend this office and this brand to others.

Dr. Yamasaki took her time to figure out what was going on with my ears. I left the office feeling much better and an alternate prescription since the first one did not work. She was attentive to my concerns and scheduled a follow-up visit.

Worth the visit
