Finally pain free!!
After having a procedure with Dr. Puppala I am now pain free. I have been to numerous doctors over the years with no relief of pain. They only gave me pain medication which only masked the pain. Dr. Puppala got to the root of the problem, and now I can things I have not been able to do for over 10 years. Thank you to Dr. Puppala and staff!

Dr. Puppala is Five Stars and then Some!
Dr. Puppala was very thorough. He listened very carefully and responding with clear explainations and made sure that I understood the treatment plan. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff was very friendly.

excellent care and thoughtfullness
my experience with my treatment today was exceptional I was listened to about my pain and concerns regarding my treatment. When my treatment was started he explained to me what was going on and within seconds from him starting i could feel a major relief in my arm .This was my first epidural in my neck region and it has fixed more of my crps issues in my upper right extremity then all of the other treatments I have had. Thank you so much for comprehensive pain and his staff.

Excellent Patient Care
Patient care is top quality here. From the check in counter and insurance approval to the lab techs that are there and the nurses are wonderful. The doctor there took excellent care of me and my husband. We were put on a low dose pain medication and given a few injections and were able to get back to normal function and living. We have since traveled to other countries and seen things that were once only a dream to us. I am forever grateful for this wonderful doctor and staff. Thank you!

Wonderful Service
I have never seen an office staff more dedicated to their provider and that speaks volumes. From check in with Kim to my procedure with Amber and Melanie getting the authorization from my insurance quickly I am thrilled to have found this office. Dr. Puppala put me at ease and went through everything with me. NO SURPRISES! He and his staff are wonderful and care about you! You are in GOOD HANDS HERE!!!!

Terrific Experience
I was in so much pain. After YEARS of being sent from doctor to doctor I was referred to Dr. Puppala. Finally - He sat with me and reviewed my MRI and explained what was causing my pain. After two visits I was 90% better. I am able to walk and visit with my friends and family now. I can also say that the staff was wonderful. The nurses made me feel cared for and the front staff was exceptionally helpful in scheduling me on a weekend when I was able to have transportation. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

The injection had outstanding results and really helped rid me of my back and leg pain.
I received an epidural injection for lower back pain with outstanding results. When I came into Dr. Puppala's office my back pain was 8 out of 10 threshold, when I left his office I was pain free. The injection really helped rid me of my back and leg pain. I truly would like to thank Dr. Puppala and his staff.

After the procedure I feel no pain
I came in today with difficulty walking and consulted with Dr. P about my pain level. He suggested that he inject me with pain reliever to relieve the pressure off the nerve in my lumbar area. After the procedure I feel no pain in the area I felt when I came in.

My pain in my neck and back instantly went away. I didn't expect it to be that simple, coming here has help my pain out a whole lot
He help my back and neck problem today by giving me two epidural shots. These two shots only took 5 mins. My pain in my neck and back instantly went away. I didn't expect it to be that simple. Coming here has help my pain out a whole lot.

When I received my injection the pain was gone
Before I received my injection, I was in constant pain. When I received my injection, the pain was gone. The injection itself was not painful like I thought it would have been.

Once getting my epidural surprisingly I have no pain in either my neck and lower back :-)
Upon arrival of my appointment I had severe pain in my neck area, moderate pain to my lower back. I would say on a scale of 1-10 I was a 7 in my neck area and a 4 in my lower back. Once getting my epidural surprisingly I have no pain in either my neck and lower back. :-)

The entire process took roughly 10 minutes and my neck feels 100x better. I feel great =)
The pain in my neck was severe, almost unbearable even. The procedure was a bit nerve wracking at first thought but was explained to me on a couple of occasions. The entire process took roughly 10 minutes and my neck feels 100x better. I feel great =)

No pain at all - This helped a lot, and I would recommend it.

My pain is at a 0 now, and this is the best I've felt in a long time
I came into Dr. Puppala's office with lower back, neck, and leg pain. Before I got the injection my pain was 6-7 on a scale from 1-10. After I received the injection I no longer feel the pain that I was having before I walked in. My pain is at a 0 now, and this is the best I've felt in a long time. Thank you Dr. Puppala for all your help!

After the injection I am pain free and now can get back to teaching yoga and my regular activities
Daily I suffered sharp shooting pain in my right knee. I limped around, slowing me down to where it prevented me from taking my daily walks and yoga. After the injection I am pain free and now can get back to teaching yoga and my regular activities.

I am very excited to do the things I want to do without pain or stiffness - now it seems I can live again
Upon coming into the office my pain level was around a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. It felt like I had a ball or a knot in my lower back. I am very pleased to say that after my injections that knot seems to not exist! I didn't think I would have results so fast but as you can imagine I am very excited to do the things I want to do without pain or stiffness. Now it seems I can live again. Thanks Dr. Puppala and staff :)

My numbness went away & my pain went from a 9 to a 2.
Before I came I had severe pain in my neck and numbness in my finger after a head-on car crash. After my treatments my numbness went away, and my pain went from an 8 to a 2. Thank you.

After the second shot, I don't feel any pain in any direction in my shoulder
I initially had pain in my right shoulder by moving up above my head, forward, and backward. After the first shot I only had pain when my arm moved backward. After the second shot, I don't feel any pain in any direction. Thank you.

I am feeling no pain after my second set of injections
I had tried physical therapy but the pain continued. After the first set of neck and back injections my pain decreased. Today I am feeling no pain at all after I had a second set of injections. I'm glad I can return to my normal routine and be able to workout.

Wonderful doctor - precise, kind, and great bedside manner
My neck and back pain hovered around a 6 on a scale of 10 and I began to normalize this pain as my way of life. I was referred by my doctor here and was skeptical that they would be able to help but I was surprised. The staff is gracious, kind, and supportive. Everyone from intake to the procedure room was simply amazing. They explained the procedure step by step and were especially patient knowing I was nervous. Dr. Puppala is a wonderful doctor. Precise, kind, and great bedside manner. I walked in with pain and I'm leaving here pain free! I truly recommend this facility to anyone suffering. Don't suffer in silence, pain is not normal! This place is amazing!

Now my pain is down from past a 10 to a big fat ZERO. Thx doc!!
I first met Dr. Puppala on Sunday and really appreciated the weekend hours. I was in a world of hurt for 1 week before seeing him. My pain was past a 10 on the pain scale, not able to sit up, stand for long, walk a long distance, including using bathroom. I was in bed until I had seen him and he was able to help me walk, sit, stand without pain. My pain after the first procedure went down to a 4 and now after my second visit it is down to a big fat ZERO. Thx doc!!

I feel like my old self again
Coming into the office my pain levels in my upper and lower back were at a 6 and 7. After my treatment my levels are at 0. I feel like my old self again!

As soon as I received the shot I didn't feel any pain in my back - I can even dance again so far
Pain hurted tremendously when I would clean up my house or even lift and tend to do daily activities with my daughter. As soon as I received the shot I didn't feel any pain in my back. I can even dance again so far!

Instantly relieved pain, and now I can hold my newborn again
Before seeing Dr. Puppala I felt pain daily and it interfered with my daily activities, even getting up out of the bed or daily routine. My shoulder pain and neck made it hard for me to even carry my newborn without pain. When I was referred here of course I was nervous, but they instantly relieved pain.

I am very pleased!
My neck pain started off pretty constant day in & day out. It varied on the pain scale but was never really going away. If I made a sudden move or turned the wrong way it would be sharp and shoot down my left arm. After the first injection it got better and I was able to gain a lot of my mobility back! There was still some pain but the second injection took care of that and afterward I was able to move my neck completely. I could look over my left shoulder which is something I haven't been able to do in months. So my neck is completely fine! I think the injections are way better at improving the pain without any additional side effects from medications. I work full-time and couldn't function on pain medicine so I just stopped taking them. The injections gave me better relief and I still felt OK to go to work and do housework. I can also start back working out. I am very pleased!

I'm so glad I came here and am now pain free.
When I first came here for the first injection I was in a lot of pain at the level of 9 out of 10. After my 2nd injection my pain level dropped to a 0. This has really made my work day easier and has allowed for better sleep. I'm so glad I came here and am now pain free.

Treatment was painless and very effective
Prior to treatment I would feel pain in my lower back due to my accident. I would also feel tingling throughout my body and pain in my mid-back area. Treatment was painless. I only felt pressure during the injection, no pain. Immediately following treatment I felt no pain doing movements that were painful prior to the treatment. Thank you.
