Wisdom tooth extraction
I was really well taken care of by the whole team. Although a wisdom tooth extraction is never a nice experience I couldn't have asked for better care.

Outstanding experience
From the type you come in and see Dr. Guttenberg's CV on the table, you will have no doubt this is a top Dr. His knowledge, experience and bed manners are rare to find. And his staff lives by the same level of professionalism. I had my wisdom teeth extracted on a Friday. By the end of the day, I had no swelling and very minimal pain, to the point I took less of a dose of ibuprofen than I was recommended. I highly recommend Dr. Guttenberg and his team,

As painless as could be
This was my first experience at Dr. Guttenberg's office and the entire staff was warm and friendly. I was nervous about my procedure and they clearly talked me through it. Their post-op instructions were clear and logical, and my recovery time was quick.

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Guttenberg
I have never had any type of serious surgery or illness - I was very nervous going into my wisdom teeth removal surgery with all four impacted. Dr. Guttenberg was extremely nice, calming and very experienced. I was at ease and my surgery could not have gone smoother, he obviously cares about his patients and does a superb job. Would recommend him for any procedure.

excellent experience with a tooth removal
I had to have a molar removed and my dentist sent me to Dr. Guttenberg. The experience was, surprisingly enough, painless. While I chose to be knocked out for the procedure itself (so didn't feel a thing), I expected some pain afterwards. The removal was done very well and I never had any pain or discomfort. The staff, from front desk to assistants, have been very professional and personable. The office runs very efficiently. I'd recommend this practice to anyone in need of oral surgery.

An overall good experience, he made it less painful than I thought the procedure would be

Wonderful experience with super friendly and courteous team!
I have nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Guttenberg and his delightful team! I had to have two wisdom teeth taken out quickly and they went out of their way to be accommodating. I have never had such excellent customer service at a medical office, especially one that I have never been a patient of before.
Dr. Guttenberg is friendly and comforting. I was aware of the procedure, costs, and expectations. It was fast and efficient. I had an easy recovery and would HIGHLY recommend this practice!

Great experience
Doctor was reassuring and friendly, and gave all necessary information.
The staff in the front of the office was especially helpful and friendly and respectful, as was the staff assisting the doctor. Really good experience overall.

A Truly Marvelous Experience

My experience was AMAZING!!!
The way everyone has treated me since my 1st visit was outstanding. Everyone was very patient with me as well as very calming and warm welcoming. My 2nd visit was outstanding because of the in and out process. The staff are fantastic and I appreciate all of there kind-heartedness and all the joy they bring to me when I showed up.
I appreciate the time and excellent work they put into me.

The staff is awesome!
I was referred here to get an extraction and the whole experience was extra ordinary. Everyone in the staff was extremely kind and helpful in my emergency visit. I was seen in a quick manner and all was quick and well. The follow up was quick and easy as well. QUICK AND PAINLESS!!! THANK YOU A MILLION!!!!!!

Great doctor!
I was referred to Doctor Guttenberg by my dentist, Doctor Dunne, to get wisdom teeth removed as well as an implant. I was nervous, but he was able to put me at ease, explain exactly what was being done, and did an excellent job. In addition, all of his staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Guttenberg and his practice!

Excellent for intensive dental procedures
Recommended by my local DC dentist, Dr. Guttenberg and his staff were phenomenal. Available at the drop of a hat with immediate appointments and super attentive. Office was very prompt and helpful and appointments were quick, efficient and the doctor was ready right when I walked in.
Highly recommend for any and all dental. Did my wisdom teeth.

Wisdom teeth removal surprisingly painless
I had never gotten surgery before I had my wisdom teeth removed. From what I had heard from friends and relatives, it's supposed to be super painful. However, when I got mine done by Dr. Guttenberg, all I needed was regular ibuprofen to relieve the pain from the procedure. My dentist made the right choice by sending me here.

Excellent Post-Op Wisdom Tooth Removal Care
I was referred to Dr. Guttenberg after a wisdom tooth extraction got infected, dry socket, and my jaw had a muscle spasm. Basically I was in horrible pain, but he and his lovely and welcoming team were extremely helpful and courteous in making sure I got the correct care and cleaning of the site, as well as management of the pain. He worked with my primary dentist perfectly and was able to help me be completely pain free. Dr. Guttenberg and his whole office are amazing.

Efficient extraction
Doctor and staff were very professional and efficient with addressing my questions and the procedure. While under sedation, I became conscious a couple times during the procedure at particularly violent moments, but these are strangely non-traumatic memories.
Would recommend Dr. Guttenberg.

Great experience
Dr. Guttenberg's office was a great overall experience. Everyone is personable and professional. The procedure was explained with detail. Everyone took time to explain each step so you could anticipate what would be happening.
The post-surgery instructions were clear and detailed. And the results were great, with low-to-no pain and swelling.
Fully recommended.
