My doctor is efficient, courteous, caring and informative
The overall experience is remarkable! I am always advised of my overall progress and told of things that I am to do to remain healthy. The staff is terrific, I feel as though I am their only patient.

Excellent and amazing.
Dr. Uzoamaka O is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with and also she pays attention to all your concerns. She provide the best available prescriptions and advice. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I’m happy I found her after a long research. I highly recommend her.

Issues getting prescriptions to phsrmacy
I love Dr O. Trust her completely.
Her staff is in competent. It took 1 VISIT TO THE PHARMACY, 2 phone calls, 1 message on the portal and 5 days to get 3 out of 4 prescriptions to the drug store.
NOTE .. DO NOT LET THEM CALL IN YOUR SCRIPTS.. HAND CARRY THEM TO THE DRUG STORE. IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME.
Why would HCAT ask me to review their service? They are clueless.

Very professional and knowledgeable
Dr. O has been my doctor for a few years now. Even though I don't go to the doctor often, when I do go it has never been a bad experience. The overall staff is very friendly. Dr. O doesn't rush me out of my visit. She will answer all my questions and explain things to me in different ways to make sure I understand what her diagnosis is and the meds, if any are prescribed.

As usual, great.
Absolutely love having Dr. "O" as my PCP. She takes the time to listen, explain things, and when necessary make calls on your behalf to get testing equipment. If someone is looking for a PCP, I recommend her.

Dr Obinabo listens to you and asks questions of your symptoms to be clear what is the problem. She makes sure that you understand the diagnosis and has the patience to clarify any doubts you have. I am very satisfied with this Dr.
