He is to the point, and he cares but, does not like whinning. If you have an issue address it,and follow his directions. I thought he was pompous and rude a time or two, but he is a good doctor and when I had issues with my work-comp he stood up to them and I was impressed, I was glad he was on my side. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
