First Time MRI at DMXI
This was my first time getting an MRI at DMXI, my rad tech Dori was awesome, though my knee decided to not want to cooperate for most of the time she was able to capture several images to be used! I am thankful you employee people such as Dori. If I was to have to come back to DMXI I would not expect anything better than the visit I had today. Thank you kindly! -RK 6/3/2019

Excellent and affordable
DMXI is affordable, friendly and quick. I have had two different tests done. When I had my MRI, they had someone come and hold my hand because I was anxious and crying. The x-ray technician was the same person who held my hand and she was kind and compassionate, as well as efficient. Thank you for a great experience in a time of unease medically.

I was told to be here at 1:30 (15 minutes before my actual appointment started). I got here at 1:20, which is on me, but i still didn't go back until 2:00. There were very few other people here, and I don't know the behind the scenes. It just seemed to take a bit longer than expected. The nurse who did my MRI was very nice though and was very quick and to the point, so that part was great.

Another great experience at DMXI!
I have used DMXI several times with positive experiences every time. Today's imaging was something more complex and staff took the time to explain and help me feel more comfortable with the procedure. Kudos to the exceptional team at DMXI!

Overall pleasant experience
Starting with the reception staff to the MRI Tech, I was treated with respect and compassion. Many people get frustrated when working pain patients, not here! Testing was on time, efficient and explained well before hand.
