He knows what he is doing. I do feel that he needs to listen to his patients alot more. I am someone who can not have certain drugs and he still wanted to do a procedure that would give me that drug. I feel it is very important that he listens to his patients and what other doctors have put into place. But overall he does know his field of practice.

My experience with Dr Epter's office has been wonderful.
The staff is courteous and kind. They go out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable and that any and all questions are answered. Dr Epter did a radio frequency procedure on me three years ago on my sciatic nerve. It has been pain free since, It has made a big difference on my activity level. I can walk without it causing me pain. I am very appreciative for the care that i receive here.

I have never in my 51 years had such professional service like this. The entire staff are amaz-balls!!! Doctor Epter is exceptional and speaks to you in a manner in which you understand everything. if you want the BEST Doctor, You can find him at Augusta Pain center!! The nurses are all very loving and helpful. If i could give 100 stars i would. You are missing out if you are going to any other Pain Doctor. Dr. Epter is hands down the best!!! Great results!!!!!

Big Improvement!
After two procedures on my back I am much improved in terms of pain and ability to do the things I like to do. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. They all want to make sure you understand the procedures before you have them. Dr. Epter made sure I knew what was happening during the procedures. My 95 year old dad, who had chronic back pain, also had a procedure a few years ago and is totally pain free!
