Competent, Experienced, Listens and answers questions in understandable terms .
Dr. Fulton listened to my symptoms and asked questions that were related to my condition. She recommended a device to add to my daily regiment to receive additional benefits from my medication. She very competent, listens and is very kind.
I trust her as she was very thorough and answered all my questions.

I have dealt with a chronic cough and breathing problems for 18+ years and Dr. Fulton has been a God send. She has been relentless in finding my problems and a solution for the. I am very thankful for her.

Informative visit with exceptional care
Dr. Fulton provided many answers to questions that I have had unresolved/unanswered from previous doctors/pulmonologists. She took the time to listen and give information in a way I could understand. I am grateful for Dr. Fulton. My lungs have never felt so good until I started seeing her a few months ago.
