I liked the communication with the office
The day was long and I had to be there for the majority of it. The communication was great, I was able to get my procedure done and handle errands while I waited for me results. Dr Geffner and his staff are wonderful.

My experience was good

Awesome customer service

I appreciated being called in as I have two children
I was not told to call an 1 hour before my surgery appointment, so I was extremely happy when I got there and the receptionist told me that she could call me back in and i could go home. The pathology department should tell all patients this to avoid upset patients. Just a suggestion.
