Clear and precise
Clear and precise. Although like any specialist the waiting time was long. But the experience with the doctor was exceptional. He listened that right to the point took care of the problem, knowledgeable,Made me feel comfortable since it was my first time seeing him.

My fist time visit with Dr. Lebovitz was positive.
Dr. Lebovitz was very friendly and professional. I thought I knew what the problem was and he brought it to my attention what it really was, something I’d never considered. Previously he was on call when there was a mixup in prescriptions. He immediately corrected the problem with the pharmacy. Thank you Dr. Leibovitz.

Dr Lebovitz is truly amazing!
I can’t say enough about this doctor!! He is super friendly, he keeps my daughter so relaxed and calm, he is funny and just amazing at what he does! There is no other doctor like him! My daughter had her nose cauterized today and he made it a total breeze….unreal!!! He also removed her adenoids and tonsils when she was younger and made that whole stressful situation so unbelievably easy for us. He is truly one of a kind!!!!

Treated rudely in reception; Dr. Lebovitz was calm professional.
I was told I was an hour early and had to wait over an hour to see the doctor, when actually I was on time for check in and my doctor's appt. according to an email I was sent by the office prior to my appt. I brought this with me. They just argued with me and said I had to wait. The registration desk clerks were rude and insistent that I was early. I discovered later, that they had me waiting for audiology, which I didn't need and didn't know about. (I have been wearing hearing aids for 2 years from Costco which I was very satisfied with, and did not need an audiology appt.) When everyone else who came after me went in to see a doctor (evidently all for AUDIOLOGY), I finally went up to the desk and complained loudly and finally discovered they had me listed for audiology first. Dr. Lebovitch saw me with minutes. He was very apologetic and took a copy of my appt. reminder, so this wouldn't happen again. I was satisfied as always with his review of my ear & throat issues and RX issued.
