Professional, Efficient & Curtious Staff
Dr. Brody was professional & sympathetic during my initial visit. Normally would have seen my original provider but it was an emergency and needed to see someone urgently.
I’m delighted to have her as my ENT now & not have to go into the city for quality care. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Competent, professional and efficient!
Once I got in to see Dr. Brody, I was extremely pleased with the attention and experience. To be asked to arrive 20 minutes early, yet not be seen until 30 minutes after my appointment...in the middle of my work day...less so.

Overall pleased but too long of a wait to get in
I was pleased with Dr. Brody’s care and her concern towards addressing my questions.
My appointment went much faster than expected, based off past experiences with other providers who cleaned my ears, but that may have been due to having less wax this time or for other reasons.
My only complaint was with the 30 minute wait. When I checked in, I heard another woman checking in for a 215 apt also with Dr. Brody, while I was scheduled for a 220. I believe this is why I waited so much longer than anyone else in the waiting room waiting to see other providers.

Extremely effective and efficient doctor, assistants and office personnel
I called in a small panic bc I had an event in 3 days and my ears were clogged. The office personnel gave me a same-day appointment. When I got to the office I waited only a short time and saw Dr. Brody, who was both knowledgeable and personable. She dealt with my problem then had me take a hearing test to ensure all was back to normal. Her assistant, Robin, and the woman who did my hearing test (sorry, I don't recall her name) were also very friendly and efficient. And now I can hear again! Absolutely an A+ experience - highly recommend!

A True Professional
Dr. Brody has been our family ENT for 16 years. I am so lucky to have found her when my first child was two. Since then she has cared and performed surgeries across the ENT spectrum for us. She is so experienced and thorough. Always asks questions to guide us to the proper treatment course. I come to Dr. Brody first because I know she’ll get to the bottom of the ailment in the most direct path. I wish all doctors were as great as Dr. Brody.

Dr. Brody is a gifted clinician and a wonderfully interesting and engaging human being. I've had every member of my family see her as well as friends! When no one else seems to know what is going on with an issue I've had, she's dug down and found the solution. I owe her my well-being!
