Expensive Follow Up
I was under the impression that a more thorough investigation was going to take place, however because medicine prescribed had eased some of the symptoms nothing actually took place. An annual check up was advised and continuous us if meds.

Dr Brody was efficient and professional.
I came in with sudden hearing loss in my right ear. She tried several things to help us communicate. She spoke with my PMD’s staff and co-developed a plan to get me through high dose steroids with the hope of getting all or some of my hearing back. She then called us later that day. She was great!

Dr. Brody reviewed all that we had discussed previously and checked my current condition. She was thorough as usual and I was very satisfied with all the help I received from receptionists and nurses.

A Doctor you can trust.
I was treated for a ear infection, which was not a real serious issue but quite painful. Dr. Brody is one of the only doctors I have met that I feel confident can diagnosis and treat medical issues. She is attentive, knowledgeable and listens to your symtoms. My questions were answered and my infection healed. One reason my experience with Dr. Brody was so positive was because she was not rushing me out to get to the next patient; she took her time to listen to me and I felt that my treatment was important to her. And also my time; appointments started on time with minimal wait. The office staff were efficient and Covid 19 protocols for safety were implemented (mask, temperature taking, clean facility). I felt safe going there. I would highly recommend Dr. Brody for anyone seeking quality care.

Dr. Brody is a very sharp diagnostician, and is able to quickly and thoroughly assess a situation. She speaks on the level of the patient and is very respectful.

Got a diagnosis of significant hearing loss in both ears
Doctor was very thorough, explained everything so I understood it. Told me the next steps in treating my diagnosis and scheduled a follow up appointment in a year.

Dr. Brody is a very competent physician who takes her area of specialty very seriously. She does her best to listen, as well as to ask appropriate questions to give a diagnosis and provide treatment. She also asks questions to get to know her patients on a personal level to make you feel at ease and show that she cares.

I feel that Dr. Brody really cares about my health
Dr. Brody has been exceptional. She called me to make sure I have a recheck on a neck problem I had some months ago. She spent time reviewing with me once again the potential of surgery, and advising me as to the best option. She consulted with Dr. Cho and called me again with his input (confirming her advice).
