Dr. Alderman and team were super easy to worth with and made me very comfortable throughout the entire experience. She also nailed exactly the image I had in my head for what I wanted to look like post-surgery. I never once felt pressured or awkward with her or the team. I would recommend her to anyone.

If I had to sum up my experience with North Atlanta Plastic Surgery, I would have to use the word "amazing". From the first time I stepped foot into their practice, I felt more than welcomed. Obviously I was slightly nervous because of the surgical aspect, but this team of "Wonder Women" made every ounce of nerves or anxiety disappear. After my consultation, I made an appointment for my surgery. The entire process exceeded my expectations! I couldn't be happier with my results!! Dr. Alderman and her team provided me with results that were better than expected, by far! I am 50 years old, active and fit with small breasts and had avoided breast enlargements due to my active lifestyle. I also didn't want to seem "fake". Years of nursing children, however, had completely deflated my breasts. With a fit body, there didn't seem to be anything I could do to keep from feeling old and unattractive . After consulting with Dr. Alderman, she explained how she could provide me with implants that would provide proportion. I gave her a few photos of what I thought looked good and she used her judgement and my size to make my breasts look perfect . In addition, I'd like to mention that my situation at home was extremely stressful, and they provided me with complete privacy throughout the entire process , with no judgement or awkwardness . I also have two children that need my attention, so they were careful when scheduling They put me first, which is a first!!! Awesome!

Remember in the 80s when we were all getting implants? Well now it's 30 years later and they are heavy, hot, and not so fun anymore. I am an active person and they were just too big for my frame and lifestyle. I decided to get mine removed (was a full c cup with saline implants) and it was the best decision. I am not a medical procedure type of person so I was pretty scared about the whole thing but with the help of Dr. Alderman and her great staff (and anesthesiologist) all my fears were addressed and I am so glad I did it. I would highly recommend Dr Alderman. I can honestly say I am thankful I had the implants removed and only wish I had done it sooner.

I honestly went to 7 plastic surgeons before choosing Dr Amy Alderman. Once I met her staff and ultimately her, I knew SHE WAS THE ONE (my husband knew as well). Her bedside manner is top-notch and THEE best I've seen. I've worked in a hospital in the medical field for 15 years and have not seen a more compassionate Dr who loves what she does. She genuinely cares for her patients and wants them to have the best care and outcome. I've recommended Dr Alderman to everyone who asks about my experience. She's truly amazing and so is her staff, some of the friendliest, kindest, most genuine around. I have fun when I see them. Absolutely a 10!

I was pretty nervous about getting plastic surgery for the first time, let alone a labiaplasty, but Dr. Alderman and her all-women team made me feel more than comfortable with such an uncomfortable type of surgery. The procedure and recovery went very smoothly, and my results are life-changing!

I visited Dr. Alderman for lip injections. I had previously received fillers but not with her. However, as a previous patient of hers I knew I could trust that she would help me achieve the results I desired. It feels odd to describe any kind of surgery as a fantastic experience; however after having my breast implant surgery 12 years ago, I was in such enormous pain afterwards that I was terrified (dreading) to go through that again. I went for a consultation visit and was blown away by how awesome everyone was, from Kelly to Tera (and then Amanda and Dr. Joiner pre-surgery as well). Dr. Alderman prescribed a pain management protocol. When I got home from surgery I was able to walk around and eat normally! I never even needed to touch the Oxy prescribed! The worst the pain got was just a 2 out of 10, and that was primarily where the drains had been put in. I would describe it as just uncomfortable. I kept wondering when it was going to start to hurt. I was out taking our dog for a walk the next day! Now it's day 6 and I feel great! If you are nervous about the pain and recovery factors, there's no need to be... as long as you are under Dr. Alderman's and her stellar team's care.

You are part of a family when you come to this practice. From my initial visit with Dr. Alderman, to post-op, I have been awed with the professionalism, kindness, and compassion I found in this office. Dr. Alderman answered all of my questions, explaining what she would do and why she practices certain techniques over others. She is brilliant! When I met with Kelly and Tera, the office superstars, they were both so warm and friendly too; made me want to choose Dr. Alderman even more. Since the surgery, I have worked with nurses Carrie and Michelle. Both are wonderful! It's awkward being naked and looking at your flawed body, but this crew makes it simple. They have treated me with dignity and respect every step of the way. My breast lift looks amazing. I have had several people ask what size implants I have. No implants! Dr. Alderman used my breast tissue to create gorgeous, perky new breasts for me. My tummy looks fantastic too. Look no further. You have found the best!

My journey to finding Dr. Alderman and Dr.Joiner took many detours. I had been wanting to have a breast reduction for about 10 years,but the doctors I had met never instilled in me the confidence that I could entrust my life in their care. When I met Dr. Alderman and Dr. Joiner and their team of nurses and office personal. I knew right away that my journey had ended! I was home and I was excited to finally have my procedure done.The confidence that the entire North Atlantic Plastic Surgery exhibits makes a person feel totally at home. My experience came at the same time as a family crisis. The entire staff were so supportive and caring.
