Informative and direct.
This was my 3rd appointment seeing him. He takes the time to explain exactly what the problem is and what he can do to help me. Draws pictures for me to understand what he’s talking about. I liked him and his personality the first time I met him. I’ve been a patient of Dr Thigpen for 35 years, I do feel like a trader though. Thigpen has always been there for my husband and for me.

I could not have asked for better care from Dr. Jacobs and the Physical therapy staff. He explained the process of healing and injury and in perfect form was accurate down to the week of recovery.

I felt well taken care of from the moment I had my first meeting with Dr. Jacobs. I felt that I could reach out if I had any follow up questions or needed additional clarification on what was going on with my injury. After surgery, I was followed up with to see how I was feeling, how physical therapy was going and how I was doing in general.

So. Happy. My very broken ankle was fixed 3 months ago. I'm still healing. I'm doing PT and working with Dr. Jacobs. I'm thrilled with my progress and owe it all to the surgeons' knowledge and skilled hands.

My experience was phenomenal. He’s very clear
Dr Jacobs is very detailed and very clear as to what the problem is and what he plans to do to correct the issue. I also love the fact he has the patient do our research on the procedures as well then return with any questions to make sure the patient is sure and clear. He’s an amazing Doctor truly called for this field.
