Rachel has always listened to my concerns and taken the best care of me. She doesn't jump to the most expensive, extreme option but rather tries out each plan and sees what works best with my symptoms through trial and error. She will do anything to help make it financially affordable as well. I have nothing bad to say about Rachel and will continue to see her as she is amazing at what she does.
