A Wonderful Psychiatrist
Efficient and listens carefully to his patients, also is up to date on current treatments for anxiety/depression and various other disorders. I have been seeing Dr. Marcus for years now and his background, knowledge, and understanding when it comes to mental health are wonderful. Quality practice
I've been a patient with Dr. Marcus for a several years now. I receive psychiatry and counseling services at his practice and have found both to be helpful and very supportive. I love my therapist and would never see anyone else. Dr. Marcus is easy to get in touch with, he is responsive, listens to concerns and follows up promptly. His office staff are also great. Would recommend this office to anyone. I'm very grateful to have found it.

A consultative and trustworthy Doctor
Dr. Marcus has been truly helpful for me in getting my life on track and determining a course of action for issues that had built up over a long time. He is diligent in his approach and takes time to understand the root of a problem. Throughout treatment he will also be sure to schedule adequate follow-ups and is quick to respond to any urgent requests regarding prescriptions or other issues. Excellent Dr., recognized and treated my adhd right away.
Came in with list of problems related to my adhd, Dr. Marcus has helped change my life by prescribing Concerta to address my symptoms. Work/home life has become much more manageable since I became a patient of Dr. Marcus.

Fast and available
I started seeing Dr. Marcus when I was first having issues with depression an OCD, and I needed a psychiatrist immediately, but all the doctors in the Boston area had 6 month waiting lists. Dr. Marcus saw me fast, and got me on a medication fast (and luckily it was a perfect fit medication and I didn't have to try out lots of different pills). I can schedule appointments within the week, so that's very convenient. I guess this is a plus in a way, but I always seem to spend less than 10 minutes in his office. Not my usual experience with doctors, but at least I don't have to wait a very long time.

i have had the good fortune of working with Dr. Marcus for 8 years. He is a great listener who wants to know how your doing and makes sure everything is going well. He is very accomadating to my circumstances as I have spastic diplegic Cerebral Palsy. He is funny and compassionate. His office staff are super helpful.
