Dr. Goyal is an incredible doctor. He is very informative and explains things completely. I am very happy with him and the staff.

Dr. is always helpful in suggesting options for treatment and sharing concwrns.

Most horrible experience EVER at a doctors office. Between the staff losing my paper work, and Dr. Goyal being the most rudest doctor I had ever been to. After 3 major spinal surgeries and at least one more to go, the last thing I should have to worry about is a mean doctor that doesn't care about the emotional and physical well being of a patient that is paying him to at the very least CARE about those things. Needless to say, I fired him as my doctor before I had even left the office (crying). It wouldn't let me give a thumbs down, but that wouldn't even begin to describe the disappointment, anger, and hurt I was feeling when I left his office.

After filing out paper work for a good hour in the lobby. I was taken back to a room where I waited an hour and a half to see Dr. Goyal. I can say the whole ten minutes that he was in the room with me, he continually Interrupted me, ignored me, and proceeded to push force towards an area on my body that I had already made very clear to him that it was extremely painful. The office staff seemed to be unfriendly and unorganized, based on the fact that they had lost paperwork of mine and wanted me to replace it when I had already personally brought in the first copies and handed it to a lady named Michelle. After approximately two and a half hours in his office, getting nothing accomplished because I couldn't get one whole sentence out before being interrupted, being painfully examined, being prescribed medicine that I am allergic to, and being ignored, I left crying. To say the least this was my worst visit to a doctors office in my life.

I appreciate the care and time that Dr. Goyal spends with me describing my treatment plan and what i can expect. He is respectful and never rushes through my appointment. I give him a solid A!!
