Quick, but thorough
Thankfully the wait wasn’t too long, but by the time I got out, the lobby was full. The lady that brought me back was nice.
When Dr Cilento came in, he asked about my symptoms, did a quick examination, and had me on a treatment plan. I feel confident that my troubles will be resolved.
When I checked out, Jennifer was very sweet and made the process fast. I saw that they offered skin treatments as well and she told me that they are opening a medspa next door. I gave her my contact info and am looking forward to visiting when that opens.

Fast, efficent diagnosis but could spend more time listening to patient.
He was able to quicly diagnose what was going on and the staff was great and I truly felt like they cared. I did feel alittle rushed and like my whole conversation was one sided. But I will return for treatment.

have had a wobnderful experience and only thing I say I wish i had this 20 or at least 10 years ago
I have had a great experunce, whereby every step of the process clearky explained and I understood what the next step would be. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable, and I most certainly will be recpmmending this institute to all of my friends, relatives and colleagues.
