So far so good
I have only been seen here for the sleep study and the breathing test and so far i have no complaints. The Doc seems very thorough and I am looking forward to the results...I want to know why I don't rest.

The reception process was patient friendly.
The nurse was easy to address.
Dr Zanchi made me feel relaxed in his company.
The written instructions prepared me for most of what to expect.

Sleep study
My experience here at the Westley Chapel was Great ! Julie made Me feel right at home. I was as comfortable as if I was asleep in my own bed. I will tell everybody I know to come here. I loved My exerience and sleep study was Awesome here. Thank You Dr. Zanchi you are Awesome too !

Great customer service
The receptionist that checked me in made me smile, even though I wasn't feeling my best today. It set the tone for the rest of my visit. Everyone was polite and engaged. Gave me thorough information and insure they tired to accommodate me for the two future appointments considering the distance I had to travel. This was one of the best experience I have ever had in a medical office.

Great Experience
The entire experience of my initial visit was very quick, in that there was little downtime from the moment I walked in, to being checked in, seeing the doctor and checking out. Everyone was extremely efficient and knowledgable. Overall, a good experience.

Every experience is a pleasant one! I learn so much about my condition and ways to better take care of myself. The entire staff are very helpful and polite, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They not only have my health as a top priority, but also my career.
