poor communication between us and the office personnel
We left messages many different day trying to schedule surgery and it is still not scheduled 2 weeks later.

Positive-Meticulous-Thorough-Kniwlegable-Kind-
Met with family. Dr Collins was welcoming and spent time explaining options. He was non-rushing. Left with a feeling of positive attitude. He shared two books-very detailed and helpful. Scheduled future mtgs. Soft -spoken but showed detailed knowledge of all aspects of my situation. All family was impressed.

We went to the wrong off first because we weren't told it was in North Kansas City and then we were told the wrong place to go in North Kansas City so we were very light for the appointment but the staff was very accommodating and getting us in in
I trust dr. Collins and his hand lane of my prostate cancer. He said a very good job of explaining prognosis and treatments.

The long wait killed the whole experience
After 40 minutes of waiting I went to the nurse station and complained with the head nurse about the long wait. She didn’t even apologize and told me that I was welcomed to reschedule. The doctor came 15 minutes later and didn’t say anything about the wait. His assessment seemed accurate and explanation clear. He was eager to be done with me.

Exactly what was expected in an appropriate amount of time
Dr. Collins is a professional in his field and wasted no time consulting and scheduling the procedure. He had clear communication on what was expected for me pre/intra/post procedure. I would definitely recommend someone of his expertise.

Highly recommend
I was extremely nervous for my vasectomy, but Dr. Collins was amazing. The procedure was quick and painless, and my only question was “It’s already over”. Dr. Collins was also a very friendly and conversational person. Best experience I have ever had with a doctor!
