Was professional gave explanations thoroughly and overall, very inviting.
I felt I was listened to carefully and intently. All explanations were given with a good amount of detail, so I didn't feel I had any questions. I felt very relaxed and welcomed in this professional environment.

Very knowledgeable and helpful
I've seen other doctors and never received the treatment I needed. Dr. Purcell not only is personable and has a great "bed side manner" but finally I have a doctor who understands what I am going through. It is a great relief.

Great. He listened to all my concern and helped me feel as if I was heard.
Dr. Purcell seems to know his stuff and he's able to effectively communicate with his patients. For the first time, I felt that I was heard when discussing my pain issue and I have high hopes that he'll be able to help me identify the cause of my problem.

Dr. Purcell took over my case (which is extensive) when my prior doctor retired. I researched orthopedists in Phoenix and found him to have everything I needed in a competent thorough doctor. Then Covid happened. He has stuck by me through it along with all of the other obstacles that have been handed us. I feel very confident in his ability and knowledge of my issue.
